“The shop was closed for a cleaning day today. They didn't have a sign on the front door, so I walked around to the open bay door. I was met by 3 awesome pups and then the owner. I asked if he would do an inspection on a vehicle today, and he was hesitant, but he said that he would. I told him that my plan was to do a flip-flop of my truck and my wife's car today. He told me to bring the truck back later this afternoon. I told him that she worked at James Hardie, and the entire conversation changed... he said, "Bring the truck on in, and we'll just do it now. "
This is customer service. This is a business that had a plan for the day and then gave themselves a curveball. Thank you so very much for helping me out today. You have a customer and a customer who will spread the word.”

They have helped me figure out a brake problem in my daughters car so it would be safe for her and my grandkids traveling from there home in Kentucky to ours.

“Pulaski Express Lane runs like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). Thanks to a great staff, including mechanics and front folks, and an emphasis on competence and orderliness, this is a stellar business.They do state inspections as well as routine (and not so routine) maintenance. They have parts in stock. You can watch the mechanics working in the shop from a window in the waiting room if you like.I recently had brake pads and rotors replaced, spark plugs replaced, and the radiator flushed. My car is 10 years old, and I hope to keep it on the road for a lot longer. I’ve always been happy to trust the maintenance to this business.The front staff, Shannon, Regina, and Ray are so nice! They are professional and efficient, but also friendly and kind. The waiting area is immaculate, comfortable, and quiet. The vibe in there makes you glad to wait for your car to be serviced.BE AWARE they do not schedule appointments, but rather work on a first-come, first-served basis. They open at 7:30, so be there early to be first in line. Please don’t complain about having to wait. Bring something to do or have a friend pick you up. I promise no one is deliberately wasting time.I’m grateful to have Pulaski Express Lane here in Pulaski, just five minutes away. I recommend them without reservation.”

“In Labor Day my husband and I were traveling home from a holiday weekend with family from Charlotte to KY. Our car died on us while we were in the left lane and had to pull off the very busy I-77 in Wytheville VA on the median. AAA was called and a shortly the VA DOT service/safety truck stopped and kept us safe with hazard warnings for approaching drivers while awaiting the tow truck. (What a blessing - thank your VA)
Steve (tow truck driver) was exceptional! He took our car to Hendricks Auto in Wytheville where we dropped the car off. Of course everything was closed due to the holiday so we couldn’t get a rental car. Steve took us to the hotel I booked so that we wouldn’t be stranded.
He was very professional and very caring. That helped tremendously with reducing the stress that we could have experienced.
