I called about getting some tires. I had to leave a message, to busy to answer. They never called back, going somewhere else
I remember the time when the phone and customers were important. You answered that thing and wouldn't think of having answering machine. I just go online anymore. Most of the time you can get free shipping and you don't have to deal with the slack mentality of the day.
