I arrive 15 minutes late and Keisha and Anthony tried there very best to get me loaded that afternoon but Building three refuse, and they told me to come back in the morning when I got back there the next morning they had my paperwork and loaded me very quickly I offer Anthony and Keisha a $50 Outback gift card but they refuse and Anthony say that’s a part of our job kudos and Keisha and Anthony was the best experience from a shipper I have seen in a long time I definitely appreciate all the effort they gave anytime I’m in Virginia. I would definitely pick up a load from this location. Excellent totally excellent Keisha and Anthony I totally appreciate you. God bless. R/S Ranarde…..

I don’t know why these people were upset with this place but I got loaded very quickly?! It took them like 30 mins to load 2 trucks. The lady at the guard house was very very nice and polite with me . Very nice people. Overall i was happy with this company! No overnight parking!

Last time I was here was 21 November 19 refused to come back because of the long load time, was given this run again and thought well maybe things have changed. That would be a no. If I booked a truck to haul my freight I would make sure it's ready to go.

Hit or miss with unloading. Waited in dock for over an hour and then was told I had to move to the next building. Pretty sure that was because they were short staffed. Was there another hour to get 7 rolls unloaded. Normally, it shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to unload in other places.

Safety is only an after thought at this place!Per for being hired I asked of the conditions as I am OSHA 30 certified and was told, and I quote "a work in progress." Honestly if there was an OSHA walk through the doors would close.
