Setting aside lack of customer service and friendliness, proficiency was the issue for me. They had me write down two references on some random scribbled on notepad which was fine, but there was no sense of organization or knowledge on how to rent out the truck. Upon returning, a man did meet me outside. I asked if I had to do some checkout procedure (what I am used to doing renting from other locations), he told me know the guy will get around to it sometime this week. I did take a picture of the dashboard information, but I didn't get a receipt or anything when I left which caused me to be somewhat nervous. Sure enough I get a phone call from Uhaul on Tuesday asking if I ever returned the truck. It was returned on Saturday afternoon, the Uhaul wasn't check in until WEDNESDAY afternoon. To me that is just unacceptable. I was lucky I was only charged for the one day, but the lady at Uhaul told me I will be charged for extended days if the place didn't check it back in. She said she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of them. T experience in general was ridiculous.

Management has great customer service. Food selection is great! OWNER is very friendly. ITS a pleasure shopping there.

Jay's great! If he doesn't have what I'm looking for, he will get it. Almost always open, always friendly and makes a great sandwich. I've even returned uhauls there too....NO problems at all. So glad to have in this area.

DO NOT USE FOR UHAUL!!!!Returned my uhaul in 24 hours. The app wouldn’t work to return it. The gentleman inside was busy. Assured me he would do it and put in the time I got there. 2 hours go by nothing. I call. He said give him a little bit he’d do it. Now it’s 7 at night I check and he charged me a whole extra day with a return time of 11:30! Are you kidding me! This is ridiculous. Now they won’t answer the phone. Classic. DO NOT USE FOR UHAUL!!!!

Food is good. But the service is terrible. Old man that works there is very rude and disrespectful. He has a smart response for every question asked. The Lady that also runs the place is very inconsistent with her prices.she tried to charge us $18 for 2 burgers we normally pay $12 for.and came up with 3 lies in one conversation from we got double bacon ( never asked for) to her saying she charged us wrong the day before so she was charging us now!! How is that our fault...But the food is good! Minus the rude cook!
