Friendly, knowledgeable, couldn’t have been more helpful. The entire buying experience from start to finish was very pleasant and smooth, plus the exact trailer we wanted was in stock! These folks’ prices are the lowest anywhere; we did some checking around before we made the drive from Richmond, but it was definitely worth the drive! My mom and I went to Trailer Outlet just to look and get an idea of the size we would like to purchase and to ask some questions. Mac's trailer outlet was an awesome shopping experience . Tracy was great to deal with. I felt like we had known each other our entire lives. Shopping there was a very laid back experience. They weren't pushy about selling a trailer and promptly answered all of my questions and had exactly what i was looking for. And the prices were right and the trailer was proudly made in ??.
