My husband and I bought a 1999 Nissan Quest in October. We have yet to receive the tags cause to find out they do not have the title for the van as we were told. We are still driving it with temporary tags which expired in December. I have been told several times by Tammy that she has mailed us another temporary tag which we have yet to receive. We live an hour and 1/2 away and have already made 2 trips to Dillwyn to obtain the original tags just to find out that she can't get the tags because she doesn't have the title....this is what Tammy told Ann (dmv rep in Orange county) when I stopped by there with questions and I was standing right there when Ann at DMV made the phone call to Lighthouse. If this isn't resolved SOON we WILL be taking this matter to court. DON'T GO TO LIGHTHOUSE

I have only heard bad things about this place. I inquired about a truck once, and that was enough for me. I know someone who bought a vehicle over a month ago, and he's still not able to drive it. They're supposed to be fixing it, but still haven't done anything. At the same time, they have his money. This one will end up in court.

This place is a joke. The van my mother in law has gotten from here for here has broken down a total of five times the mechanic was supposed to fix it the fourth time and only fixed one issue. The mechanic missed a motor mont on the front side of the motor, we have put two set of spark plugs and wire both sets have gone bad, number 2 Cylinder has gone bad and so much more is wrong with it. David the manager is very good at selling lemons. I recommend not to come here.In order for them to come and remove the van out of my yard I have to remove my comment. So with that being said I'm not removing my comment and if its not out of my yard in 2 weeks I will see what I can have done legally for it to be removed and I will also be informing my rental company about this as well if its not gone in 2 weeks.Services: Exhaust

In my review under angel perry i stated that this place is very unprofessional and have stated to my mother in law that I have to remove my comment before they come and get the van. If the van isn't out of my yard in 2 weeks I am getting legal advice on this issue.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Had a terrible experience with this company. Please do not give the people your businesses they are in the business of selling lemons ! They are very good about lying about how good the vehicles are. They are only affordable because they know they are selling people completely worthless vehicles and you will have to put thousands of dollars into anything you get there if you want a reliable driving vehicle! Be careful when dealing with the people.

Bought a car here and it broke down the next day. Brought it back there and the guy has taken a week to fix it. Still haven't got the car back yet and lost almost 2k in work wages, as I can't get back to work without a car. Horrible people.
