I visited from Hampton Roads and we have a lot of Family Dollars that seem dark cluttered and unfriendly. I must admit it was very organized at that time of the day and the staff were very nice and fun to talk with. I could have stayed longer watching them call the customers by name. Top store I have visited and the crew was tight with their customers.

A few weeks ago my mother in law lost her wallet there I guess in the parking lot and their phones were broken so I went up there and they had held it in their safe and the manager?(forgot her name) even messaged my wife on Facebook to tell her that it was there.def want to give a shout out to the employees there.great people and thank you for your help

Lily is terrific. I hope the company appreciates what they have in her. I was in retail management for over 20 years and I would hire her in a hearbeat!!

Store looks a lot better then before. Either nobody that works there can be found or the line is 15 people long and 3 employees standing around chatting while 1 person runs the register. If they worked on that I might go back to shopping there.

THAT FAMILY DOLLAR IN DILLWYN VA LOOK REALLY NICE. BUT THE STORE IN FARMVILLE VA IS A DISASTER. THE STORE IN DILLWYN I WOULD GIVE IT 5. STARS .BUT FARMVILLE STORE MAYBE I STAR.

I can NEVER ever get a store associate to answer the phone. I called today 7 times...I say again 7 times & NOBODY answered the phone. So aggrevating. I am familiar with another Dollar store & they answer EVERY time...take notice Family Dollar this is how you lose customers.

Since the New take over the place is Fantastic. Clean store and super friendly staff.
