These guys were super helpful and had everything we needed for our chainsaw. After I forgot it and had already paid, they tossed in a bar tool for free rather than run my card again. Small thing but very nice.

I left a weedeater for a simple repair in late February or early March. I called twice regarding when it would be ready and the reply was "I can't tell you". Very poor service. I am forced to take it elsewhere for service. Simply terrible customer service! Don't use these guys!!!!
