I have had a great experience dealing with Mole Hill Bikes. It was well worth the drive from Roanoke to deal with such a great business. Jordan was super helpful and has continued to be since my e-bike purchase. Definitely recommend this great little shop!

We are quite lucky to have a local place like Mole Hill Bikes for whatever biking needs you may have - traditional or Electric.Jordan was personable, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ascertain my specific needs. He worked with me to find just the right size bike for my petite frame with the features I wanted. Mole Hill Bikes helped me tremendously by assembling the bike, and installing some accessories. They also ordered and installed a bike rack for my car and adjusting it later at no charge. I know that if I have any issues down the road that they will take care of them honestly and professionally. I highly recommend this shop!Constance Mattson

Mole Hill provides excellent customer service, repairs, and is a knowledgeable source of information for biking in the greater Rockingham County area. So happy with the e-bike I just purchased (as well as the mountain bike I bought there 25 years ago and still ride).
