The only experience I had with this company was a complete lack of communication. Kristina Hedrick ignored my messages about 3 of the properties she is responsible for. I would reach out on Zillow by requesting a tour, to which she would then send me about 20 questions to answer. After I sent the answers to the questions on the same day, she never got back to me. 3 weeks later, I did the same thing with a different house and the same thing happened. Then I decided to call her about the properties and she said she would call me back since she couldn’t answer at that moment. She never called me back so I sent the answers to the questions again as well as my boyfriend’s answers who will be co-applying with me. Since then I have not heard back from her. At this point, I would only consider renting from this company if the agent was someone other than Kristina Hedrick who displayed a complete lack of professionalism.

Ever since their newest secretary has taken control over collecting payments we've struggled with these people. Nothing is stable in our neighborhood though. Every year we get new management of the place so just trying to hang in there until new comes along or our new place comes through. Newest employee here we know personally from a past work experience and targets us. Having health issues I don't need it. People get their payments but how long mail takes to deliver isn't my problem.

I think they're experience is unfair when they own a trailer park or something and you are being pinpointed and told to follow the rules when the other people in the trailer park are allowed to have things and you're not allowed to have things they're experiences very poor very badly and I think when rules are made up for trailer parks that they own it should be made up for everyone not just certain people the trailers are being paid off and we are not getting our titles to the trailers which we shouldhave we've had buildings on our lot and we had told them about it they agreed it was okay and then then they go and say it's not it's just unfairit's just un allowed to have things and you're not allowed to have things they're experience is very poor very badly and I think when rules are made up for trailer parks that they that they own it should be made up for everyone not just for certain people The trailer the trailers are being paid off and we are not getting the titles it's just unfair

Very unfair company. What one can do the next neighbor can't. High late fee charges making it harder for people to keep up with rent. Once your late, doesn't even have to be a month behind the run you to court to evict you. It's too bad more people don't work with people nowadays with times so hard. They'd rather just kick them to the street. Neighbors harass others and nothing is done either. We change management every year for some reason so I'll just tough it out a year till new management comes.

Kristina and Angie are absolutely awesome!! They worked super fast on my rental lease and are such great gals with great personalities ? it was a dream come true to find them!! All the ladies in this office have been great too! Even helping me when my laptop froze up the day of signing docs, they went above and beyond just to help a girl out!

Angie and Kristina are the best! Very speedy when I applied for the place approved me right away it was amazing the best day ever no hassle no struggle at all sweet ladies. I couldn’t ask to rent from anyone better and so understanding if you need a place to rent or buy a highly suggest the heritage real estate.

I really had a bad experience with them. I was interested in one of their listings, I reached out to them, I visited their office with regards to speak more about the listing I was interested in, I put in an application for the house, and I never heard back from them. Intermittently I kept reaching out to them, visiting the office regularly to see where they were with my application, but nobody ever got back to me. I had a contact person ( who I will not mention the name, I just hope they deal with her internally) but she was never helpful. She went MIA on me for about a month. During that period I kept reaching out via text, phone calls, voicemails, and nothing from her. Lastly at the end of the month after I had sought her so vehemently by visiting the office at least every other day before I went home from work and sometimes during lunch hours - she got back to me via text message and said, “sorry at this time we cannot go ahead with the listing”. I personally understand that somethings happens eg; emergencies and other normal “life” things that lead to people not responding but I was treated very unprofessionally and I certainly will NOT refer anyone I know there. Zero stars from me for this place. You just don’t ghost customers. You reach out to them or you ask someone within your office to reach out to them if your constantly going to be away. They actually didn’t even remember whether I did put an application when we spoke last. Even though I physically visited their offices and filled one within their offices.

I have put off doing this review for a couple weeks because I could not find the right words to describe how amazing our home buying experience was with Angela. We relocated from Nebraska to Virginia which presented a unique set of challenges. Angela tackled every challenge head on and made the process extremely easy for us. Angela exceeded expectations on every step of process and found us a home we love. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. She is the fourth realtor that we have used and the experience she provides is leaps and bounds above our other experiences.
