The store never seems to be stocked. Shelves are just empty. This is the only Walmart Superstore in Danville so they have a captive audience. Do better stock your shelves

The pharmacy is awful. I went in to get a prescription for my excessively anxious dog (who is destroying things). They took an hour and a half to fill it after estimating it would be 35 minutes. To make matters worse, they charged me 13 1/2 times as much as it should have cost. I didn't question it at the time because I figured the second medication (to be given on an as-needed basis) was the expensive one. Turns out that one was $11. The only reason it cost more was the tablet dosage wasn't one of the ones listed on the $4 prescription list. They didn't have the decency to even offer to call and get it changed (like any other pharmacy would) because it's easier to charge me $135 for what should have cost $10. They weren't willing to do anything to fix the problem, annnd I have to be the one to call the vet for a new prescription because they've already filled it. I am a student and certainly can't afford to be paying such absurd amounts, least of all on a regular basis. Suffice it to say, I will not be filling any prescriptions at Walmart ever again, nor will I be shopping there.

Not im sorry or can we find you anything else but was told yea others have called about the same add and i told them the same thing im telling you and that is we never had them. Thats after waiting on the phone on hold over 10 minutes. Rude ass people. Shame on them!!!

It's the go-to place if you want one stop for many shopping needs. Convenient, if you go early in the weekday mornings, is the best way to describe it. It's good news and bad. They are hurting other competitors who are trying to occupy the same space. Several big grocers have left town or closed stores, such as Harris Teeter, Piggly Wiggly and Kroger long ago. Tough place to navigate during the holiday seasons, unless you can enter at 3 a.m.

I just wished they open more register in night time , for security reason they just open two in middle of the store , which create a lot of traffic with slow service .
