This pharmacy at Piney Forest rd was great until 3 months ago. They have tried to overcharge me, Given me the wrong prescription, written the wrong instructions on my prescription, had me make 2 or 3 trips back for a prescription that should have been ready 3 days ago.When I say something the girls at the counter laugh. I do not think medication is a laughing matter.Shall I go on?I have tried to contact Corporate to no avail.

I have never seen a pharmacy where u call over an hour before closing and sit on hold till they close and never get any help. Call when they open and it is already a whole line of callers ahead of you and it takes over an hour to get an answer. I have repeatedly asked them to put us down for delivery but I have to call about every single prescription to get it delivered. Horrible service.

Location is horribly understaffed, and workers here really seem to be feeling the stress.Pharmacy does their best to help, but with so few people, folks need to be patient.Management here needs to prioritize adding more store and pharmacy staff.

Damn, if you guys are that slammed, maybe y'all need to hire some more staff. I sympathize with the staff as I've worked at understaffed jobs before and know how frustrating it can be to be spread so thin, but it's the management's job to have their workplace adequately staffed. Especially at the pharmacy. I was on the phone for well over half an hour. For the first ten minutes, there were two callers ahead of me. For the next thirty minutes, there was one caller ahead of me. That was my second phone call of the day, my first one had me on hold for 6 minutes before I hung up. I can't transfer my prescription online so my choices are either go in person (I can't as I have work) or call, but shoot I can't be on a call for almost an hour. At least they had a button that let me stop the hold music (it's the * button), so that's a plus. I can't comment on the attitude of the staff since I didn't get a chance to talk to them, but I'd understand it if they were grumpy. I would be too if I was so busy that I couldn't even answer two callers.

super rude workers. went in to pick up an order and they canceled it even overheard them say “why don’t people pick stuff off the shelf.”

The store is clean, quite and organized with a good selection of merchandise. The pharmacy is always extremely helpful and nice.

Good inventory, clean. However they need a landscaper, the weeds are so tall they are falling in the handicapped parking spot and you have a obstructed view of the shrubery.

Come in from time to time and occasionally find some good stuff. Not a lot going on and that makes for a quiet shopping experience
