Let’s talk about Karen, the postmaster total biatch!!! Mean very mean and let’s talk about her supervisor Lisa, another dysfunctional over the top biatch and then there’s somebody called Z what an idiot… Mail deliveries is horrible. None of them know what’s going on.

Rudest customer service I have ever had. I was made to go to the door to drop my item off instead of going through the line and the Foreign sounding black lady at the door lied and said she would scan my package in that had a prepaid shipping label for and it still says label created to this day and it's been over 2 weeks and it still doesn't say in possession of usps. I will never return to this usps again and will make sure to go a longer route to go to a different one.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Lady at desk was unashamedly rude and hateful. I will go out of my way to never enter this building again.

Terrible customer service. What is the point in a tracking number if they won't scan your prepaid labels with tracking number with barcode. This is unacceptable, and I am going to go above and beyond for this post office to be investigated! There is no excuse for any clerk to deny scanning all of a customers items in. The point of scanning a package in is for proof for the customer and for the post office. This shows their lack of work ethic and how lazy they are. I don't care if a customer is dropping off 1 item, 10 items or 100 items, each item is as important as the next. If you can, use UPS or USPS because if it's something important or of value, it might get "stolen or somehow disappear" after droping it off with no proof you ever dropped it off. Beware of this post office. Make sure to get it scanned in or a receipt or ask others to come with you to drop off your items if you need them scanned in at seperate times!

This is the ONLY post office in the United States where their Post Master "Karen Hudgens" has set her "own rule" that the clerks can only scan 10 prepaid labels in for a customer, any packages beyond the 10 that are not as important which leaves to mysteriously disappearances from the others not scanned in that disappear from this post office, which doesn't take rocket science to figure out whats happening to your unscanned packages that never show enroute. This is not a USPS Government policy, this is something they've made up saying they are too lazy to take the time to understand each customers package is important as the next. The funny thing is, if someone brings in 10+ packages and needs postage they don't tell that person they can't purchase postage for each packqge, they only discriminate to the one's that have prepaid labels and it's a contradiction because a prepaid label is faster to scan than an individual that needs to wait and buy postage and have them choose which service for each item. This is the worst post office and avoid at all cost if you can! A tiktok video will eventually go viral about this location on denying to scan all packages. Just wait and see!

This is the worst post office I've ever been to in my life. Over the period of 2023, they have either lost or STOLEN packages that I have shipped out, which have totaled over $1,500+ worth of merchandise. They refuse to scan all your prepaid labeled items in if you bring more than 10 items.One situation happened occurred November 22nd when I brought 14 items in and the clerk at the front said "Am I dropping off?: I replied No, I need a receipt and she said I don't have time to scan all those in, keep on mind there were only 2 other people in the behind me before they were closing, and there was another clerk at the first spot. I said yes, I need them scanned in because I need a receipt as proof for my customers because items here keep mysteriously disappearing and she still refsued and I said well I was told prior I could scan 10 items in and get back in line and scan the others in. Well, she scanned 10 and she kept stopping to keep counting to make sure she didn't scan more than 10. Well I get back in line and the clerk had just finished the last customer in front of me and she walks away and then comes back and I said are you going to scan my other 4 items and she said no and then the other 2 clerks that were behind the window just looked and didn't help or try to help in any way and she then shut the gate down on my face while I was waiting for my items to be scanned and shipped. That was the rudest person I've ever met in my life. I've called above USPS Danville location on Teal Court and there is no USPS policy where they can't scan all your items off. This is a rule they made up of their own and I'm going to go above and beyond to have this taken care of because others are having their mail stolen as well!

Constantly receiving the wrong mail. Purchased an item for Christmas that was taken to the wrong address and seems there's nothing anyone can do about it

Helpful staff, knowledgeable of different rates and shipping options. Often this location is very busy, but the wait is not too long. The stamp vending machines never work, which is annoying, and if fixed would help shorten the long lines.

This is lousy service. I have had my bank statements opened and resealed 2 times. I had a birthday card torn open and not resealed. Wrong mail delivered constantly. The only answer you get is sorry.

They are rude disrespectful and when reports of there behavior is filed the supervisors blame you if I could I would give them a 0 star and I feel they should replace half there employees with new ones if I won’t professional I would have went to her level and cussed her out for being disrespectful
