I had an appointment for my state inspection sticker at 11:45 and by 3pm (only because I couldn’t decide on the deal) I walked out with a brand new 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid.Dealing with Jada, Chad, Tim, and Olivia was the best experience I have had there.Jada and Chad didn’t make me feel bombarded into making any decisions that I did not want to make. They were welcoming and worked smoothly to transition me into a new car. When I went to finish the deal with Tim and Olivia it was like talking a long lost friend that you just wanted to relax and have a good meal with. I never felt awkward, stressed, or manipulated in any situation from yesterday. “I am a caregiver and son to my 88 year old mother. She and my late father have in the past come to Smith-Davis for many years to have their car repaired and serviced. Today I brought the car in for State Inspection, and was told the airbag light was on. When I inquired can they repair it, the response was no then yes. From their attitude I was given the impression that I should not come back at all. When I returned the next day, they gave me a ride back to my mom's house. They fixed the problem and delivered her car to her home. WOW, now I know why she is a loyal customer. THANK YOU, Smith-Davis!”

“We buy our meat from either here or a local butcher shop. They almost always have a good selection, and the steaks are nice and thick. Plus, I can always pick up a good-sized brisket here to smoke.Of course, who can resist getting a package of 200 rolls of paper towels at the same time The store is always clean, and even though employees all seem to be at the front, they are polite and helpful if you need them. Plus, a buck and a few coins for a dog and soda is a steal all day long.Finally, if you don't use the app to self checkout and skip the line, you need to really rethink that. It's DA BOMBThey lost a star because too often they have issues with the food area, such as broken drink machines, no cups, no lids, etc.”
