I came in to get my a/c fixed, brakes, oil change, and tires replaced on my 2019 civic. Reshod positively greeted me and knew exactly what i needed to get done that morning. so no time wasted there! Then i got to talking to a great sales rep @Nino Criscuolo who i underestimated at first... i was wrong. he got me yall! Left the shop with a brand new 2025 civic sport with no intention of buying a car that day.. Nino answered every question i had about the car and was an outstanding, dedicated, professional sales rep!!! Man, this guy will sell all the cars on the lot with his expertise, no doubt! Hes not even old enough to drink yet, but he knew exactly what to write down on the forms. Tim finalized the financial part and was fun to work with. Everyone had a positive attitude! In the end, my 2019 got fixed, but it dont matter because i got a new car! Chante worked with me with the payments and there were no b/s whatsoever. They keep it real here everytime i come visit. Great job!!!

We just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Hunter for making sure we left happy and in the right vehicle! I hit her up about our situation and she did NOT disappoint! We had a type of vehicle we needed and a budget to stick to and she was able to make it happen! She made the process super easy and smooth. The handoff to the finance manager Jenna , picked up right where Hunter left off, she was also very friendly and listened to our needs! I’d 10 outta 10 recommend anybody to go see them! If you value your sanity or freedom don't get a car from these people. They are very rude to their customers and they don't honor their warranties we got a 2024 Honda accord sport hybrid and after a certain amount of miles they're are supposed to give you free tires at least that is what they told us so we get down there and all of a sudden they switch up to buy 3 get one free. Every time we go down there it's a issue with them. And today a guy came because he been having issues with his car and they cursed the dude and told him to get the F out. Mr. Bisby need to come to Danville and do a clean up before he end up out of business
