Dear Mr. Bisbee,
I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from your company on June 1-3, 2024. I have never received such poor customer service and lack of communication in my life. I have contacted your establishment numerous times to speak to someone about the issue about my purchase and have yet to receive a call or a resolution. I would appreciate it if a professional or a representative would call me to resolve this issue or stick I haven't come to the location because i am 2 1/2 hours away.
I trust this is not the way that your company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with you since the company was founded and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you. It would be nice if your staff would follow up even if they didn't have a resolution. Maybe train your staff basic mangement skills someone will return your call in the next 48-72 hours would would be nice. That doesn't leave your customer wondering your just blowing them off.

Wait 2 hours for oil change and inspection.?had them check a faulty driver side visor, has always been since purchase, now I have grease mark's all over it and they want $200+ to replace, ?

Great service as always! Have nice area for customers to wait while vehicle is being serviced. Also, offer a shuttle if you’d like to go shopping or to a restaurant. Then I and other customers appreciate them providing free snacks for their customers: bottled water, soft drinks, nabs, chips, popcorn, etc. They get five stars in my book!!!

I had an appointment at 1:00 pm but I got there at 12:30 pm and didn't leave until around 3:15 pm and I was annoyed with the fact that a man told me what I had in my car and he said that I needed to clean my car out if he knew my situation he probably wouldn't have said that but I feel like he judged the cover of the my book before he read the story but anyway I will continue to give my service regardless of what that man said
