My experience with this dealership has been unbelievably horrible. My daughter put a down payment and purchased a Hyundai Elantra. The next day, she experienced issues with the car, and took it back to the dealership. Upon expressing her concerns, the dealer reassured her that she was hitting the gas pedal too hard/fast. She took the car back a second time and they kept the car over the weekend. She was then told that she needed to pay $2000 for a catalytic converter and that there was nothing they could do for her (even though it has only been 20 days since purchasing the vehicle). My daughter called the dealer she bought the car from as she was standing in the dealership and watched him ignore her phone calls. She is now out of $2000, and stuck with a car note and car that needs an additional $2000 part to safely operate. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!

For those of you looking to get a vehicle… steer clear of Nissian. Worst customer service ever! Detail… sorry yes this is a rant…
My airbag light came on in my 2017 Nissian Altima. Vehicle has never been in an accident, I am only owner, and it has 51000 miles on it. Took it to Nissian dealership, where I get regular servicing. Code read B0020-13. This has been an issue with Altima models 2013-2016 and has a recall for them. Same exact issue with my 2017 and Nissian will do nothing to assist. I am told I will have to drop $3000 for an entire new passenger seat. How is this legal!? I was considering trading in for newer suv but I will NEVER return to Nissian again. I am so tired of this treatment from big corporations who obviously care nothing for the end user’s safety.

Excellent service by sales and the business. The team works hard to get me what I want and need. Salesperson Patrick is great and listens, Ashley the manager works hard for my best deal and Art the finance manager is precise and ensures we understand our purchase and numbers. Will work to purchase all my vehicles from here in the future, I have purchased 3 Nissans here to this point. Beth the service advisor is the best, always works to ensure great service, friendly, professional and always keeps me updated when vehicles are in for service.

Very easy process, salesman was helpful and honest about everything. Was a bit mislead because features listed with the truck online were not on the truck when I went to purchase. It was not a deal breaker, but others may not be so kind. Other than that, a very good experience.
