When you go to Robert Woodall Hyundai the sales person I think you should go to is Shaun because he is nice and he will work with you to help you purchase a vehicle. Also he will call and text you every now and then to check to see how everything is going with your vehicle.

I have purchased three vehicles from Shaun. He is an outstanding salesman and listens intently to what you were looking for and what your family needs. In fact, after my last vehicle, I hadn’t bought a vehicle in two years and out of the blue he texted me, knowing that my husband was going to be buying a vehicle when he retired but knew what his dream vehicle was and when it came in, went ahead and texted us and said “we got this in” and it was EXACTLY what my husband wanted! We went ahead and bought it because we would never find that exact model with such low miles again. Shaun is amazing, the finance manager made it a breeze and we drove away happy, AGAIN!

Took my car to them June 30, 2024. They said it needed an inhibitor switch. They said they ordered switch, but I had to keep calling them to see if my vehicle was ready. It has been 3 weeks and tge switch still has not come in. It's ridiculous because you are a dealership and can't get needed parts. The part is only 45.00. I am picking up my car this week whether it's ready or not!!

Engine lost all power at 85k miles, likely due to known and acknowledged issues with Hyundai engines. My car is unusable and this dealer refused to see the vehicle for an entire month and also offered no assistance with loaner or rental. Do not buy from this business if you expect them to stand by their warranty.

Tyler Harris was great. I never had so much fun buying a vehicle. He was very down to earth and relatable. My daughter and I laughed so much. He really knows his stuff. Was NOT happy w/the recall. I went in a wk prior to have my 1st oil change and inspection. Then they told me of a recall and they'd call me to set up an appt. I made the appt and asked how long it would be. They said 1 - 1 1/2 hr. Well i waited for over 3 1/2 hr. I was never asked of a shuttle or car to use to get away from there. Nearly 4 hr is a very long time to sit and wait for your car being serviced. Yes! They had WATER and COFFEE there, but nothing other. Had I known that I was to be that long w/o any food, I'd have taken something with me to eat. I was very disappointed in the service I received. Also, since I thought it was to be a shorter period of time, I took my dog w/me. So there we sat for NEARLY FOUR HOURS! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Went to the body shop to get my wheel fender looked at after an accident. They said there wasn't any body damage but the dealership could service the liner that was damaged. Went to the dealership where they wouldn't look at the car at all, shuffled me around to different people. And when they finally told me a price and I paid they failed to mention until DAYS later that the price they made me pay was just for the parts. Which I view as extremely shady unless they are just stupid enough to think everyone in the world has the tools and knowhow to replace the part themselves, which I doubt.
