Was in an accident in October. A lady slammed into my car. This collision center was the recommended one by HER insurance for repairing my vehicle. As soon as I picked it up in December I went to put my sons car seat in and they did not properly put my latch on and my door wouldn’t close so I had to give it back to them for another hour to fix this issue. I didn’t bother to check out the rest of the vehicle until I met my boyfriend who has two kids and we wanted to ride together in my vehicle one day. I went to buckle them all in and this company put my back bottom part of my seat in over top of one of my buckles so I can’t use it. Even worse is when they put the top part of my back seat back in they installed the latch so high that the part of the seat that clicks into it CANNOT latch so it’s hanging loose. I don’t recommend them. I mean this is strike 3 and I am livid.

I called them to ask if they did inspections on bMWs and as they said they did; that's where I took it.

They messed my ride up and hid all weekend twice now got to miss more work dealing with them. First and last time I use them unless my little red wagon needs lining up. Worst people I ever met wants you to commit fraud to use their paint shop. And lady at desk said every one either had covid or has it their at Robert woodalll Robert says cheatemService: Painting
