I’m so thankful for the patience and support of the guys at Woodall. They were able to make an impossible situation possible for me to get me into a new car and save money. I’m especially grateful for Hunter’s patience and willingness to go above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He also spoke with the bank on my behalf whenever I wasn’t completely understanding the process. Thank you all, I appreciate it more than you know.

New update -
Needed an oil change, tire rotation and a 65,000 mile check up. From the check in to the check out everything went very well. Mike was very nice and helpful. The techs did the job in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was reasonable as well. Great improvement with the service in the service department! Thank you Woodall!
UPDATE: Twice I've had ridiculous issues with this place when taking my car in for service.
It took 2 days to get an oil change and an inspection sticker the first time. My car was dropped off before 8 am both mornings.
The oil change was done at some point the first day. The issue that was to be "looked at" by a tech "first thing in the morning" was never done. The inspection sticker was done after I told them on the second day at 4 pm to pull my car to the lot because I was coming to get it and take it elsewhere.
Second time - I took my car in for an 11:00 am appointment at 9:00 am to have it checked to see if I needed a battery and why it was throwing codes about other things. Asked them to put a new battery in if I needed one. I had to leave it overnight because they did not get to it to look at it. (That 11 am appointment was plum useless!) I was told it would be looked at first thing in the morning. At 11 am on the second day I called about my car. It had been there for over 24 hours by this time. I finally got someone on the phone and it still had not been looked at!!! I gave them until 3 pm or I was coming for my car and I once again told them I could find someone else to do the work. At 2:50 that afternoon (10 minutes before the deadline I gave them) they called telling me I needed a battery and the dead cell battery was what was throwing the codes. Then they tell me I need 4 new tires and an alignment (no, I did not need tires). I told them I could wait on tires. Then they ask "Do you want us to put a battery in?" Really? Of course put a battery in the car since that's what I asked to be done if I needed it! This was ridiculous!! Just how long does it take to test a battery and install a new one anyway? At Robert Woodall it seems that it takes 2 days! What use is an appointment at this place? NONE! If you can't get to the work don't make the appointment and if you can't meet the appointment time due to some delay tell the customer that! Your customer's time is just as important as your time is!!
This was my first experience - I took my car in for service having no clue what needed to actually be done for maintenance at that mileage point but knew it needed a check up. The person in the service department was knowledgeable and very nice. Happy to say that they did not take advantage of me seeing as how I didn't actually know what needed to be done to keep my warranty in place. This will be the place for me to take my car for repairs and maintenance.

Had the oil, filter and gas filter changed. The service writer came and told me I did not have a oil filter. Scared me to death told him yall have been charge me for one

A huge thank you to Woodall, and especially to Zach in service!! I drove 11 hours to VIR for a couple days of track time with my Corvette and within the first 10 minutes the check engine light came on. I called Woodall and they were able to squeeze me in that morning and I was back at the track by noon and the car ran fine the rest of the day. I was not expecting to be helped on such short notice but it was nice to not waste the trip…super appreciative that they went out of their way to help me out!
