“Great price on gas provided you have a Sam's Club membership. Convenient and inexpensive car wash adjoining. Rarely much of a wait for the car wash. The gas pumps often have several cars in line, so occasionally, a wait.”
“This pharmacy is the best of a hometown pharmacy. The people behind the counter remember your name and greet you with a smile. They take care of your pharmacy needs and look to get you the best price on your medicines. You can call them and they'll have your medicines ready for you and they deliver.”
“The only complaint is the broken exit door. I am sure they have contacted somebody to fix it. It was just hard to watch everything at once getting out, but I did it, lol.”

“The help is soo helpful and friendly, I usually go early in the morning and I appreciate a smile and the help.The lady at the front has helped me a few times when I was having a problem very nice and friendly.”
“Awesome place! They have things other places do not have. I went in forn1 thing and came out with 7. If you have small kids that is the place to.go. thye have electrolyte Popsicles and halls lollipops ect.. all kinds of cool stuff to get your kids better without suffering.”
“We buy our meat from either here or a local butcher shop. They almost always have a good selection, and the steaks are nice and thick. Plus, I can always pick up a good-sized brisket here to smoke.Of course, who can resist getting a package of 200 rolls of paper towels at the same time The store is always clean, and even though employees all seem to be at the front, they are polite and helpful if you need them. Plus, a buck and a few coins for a dog and soda is a steal all day long.Finally, if you don't use the app to self checkout and skip the line, you need to really rethink that. It's DA BOMBThey lost a star because too often they have issues with the food area, such as broken drink machines, no cups, no lids, etc.”
“First time using the pharmacy and I can honestly say I’ve never had a prescription filled as quick as they did .
I am very pleased considering if I was at cvs it would take them an entire day just to fill 1 prescription also they were friendly unlike cvs .”

“Good service, but they are slow to make contact with your doctor and do not provide follow-ups to let you know whether or not they actually made contact with your doctor. Otherwise, they are OK”

“The employees are generally nice, but the Pharmacy is very short-staffed right now and have cut their hours from 9am-9pm to 9am-6pm. The pharmacy also closes for random reasons without notifying customers coming to pick-up prescriptions. Their automated phone notification system is great about reminding you to pickup your prescriptions but neglect to tell you that they are closed on the same day during normal business hours.”
“I've been to several Sam's but hands down, this is the best one in my opinion. There's plenty of parking spaces available, which is nice. The parking lot is also clean at all times. The greeters are friendly and polite. The other employees are also friendly and helpful. Several actually became our friends! Lol The aisles are big and clean. It's never crowded and I find it relaxing walking through them. It's also nice that we know where everything's located by now. We use the Sam's " Shop and Go" which is awesome! We never stood in line to check out. Talk about convenience! We also get our gas here whenever we shop. The price's cheapest around VA and NC. We live in NC and only 12 miles away from VA. All in all, our experience's five stars!”
“Kelletia and the pharmacist on duty on Friday were absolutely exceptional. I had been in Virginia for over two weeks from out of state as my daughter and her husband had suffered a house fire they went out of there way to fill my out of state perscriptions from the rite aid pharmacy back home. And were thoughtful and truly wonderful. I truly hope CVS acknowledges these two outstanding members of the pharmacy team. The perfect example of customer service!”

“This CVS is nice, and very clean. The only problem I had was with the pharmacist. She was rude, and didn’t seem to care about me. I only came for the COVID-19 shot. It happened on October 18th, 2023 about 3:30pm. Other than that I will go to this CVS at this location again.”

The phone calls for the pharmacist are constant, reflecting the community’s firm trust in their service. The CVS Corporate Office definitely does not employ enough front store or pharmacy workers. I see the manager actively helping the front staff as they keep the shelves fully stocked and neatly displayed. I urge the Corporate Office to hire more workers and fully appreciate those workers employed now.”
