Suzanne was extremely helpful. Even though it was a VERY busy Monday for her, as I could see by the steady flow of traffic and the boxes in front of her and the humming printers. She continued to serve my needs with professionalism. Highly recommend. Amazing when in a pinch!!

I wish that it was posted on their website that there is no QR scanner available for labelless free returns to Amazon, etc. I stopped in because I thought it was a full UPS service as advertised. I didn’t know going in and it would have been helpful and saved me $2.90 for a paper printout of my label in-store. I won’t be using this location in the future.

So Yes, these folks are friendly but I reckon you get what ya pay for because anything, and I mean everything, you purchase here will cost you at least 25% more than anywhere else. And when questioned about it, you'll just get a pleasant smile from them as they literally rob you like a thief...

If I could have given these guys more stars, would have. There’s a young lady who works at the register in the front who actually saved some packing tape I left in the store, watched for me to come back & gave it to me when I stopped back by a lot no time after I had left it. The lady in back is always so polite & helpful to me when I come in for Amazon package returns. She always prints my labels and seals the boxes for me and everything. Everyone who works in this store is so kind, patient & helpful. To whomever manages this store…I hope you realize how blessed you are to have people like this working for you & I hope you pay them accordingly!
