Would be 4 or 5 stars, but there are a couple of issues relating to the technology/website integration.
Pros: Clean facility, secure location, easy to manage account whenever everything is current and friendly customer support. I cannot stress that enough, the people are great.
Cons: If you are more than a few days late paying you run into technology issues. Lockout of code is 7 days and it doesn't reset when you pay, at 21 days you get an overlock notice with a pretty nasty generic collection email without info filled out, and it won't give you the option to pay past due online or on phone, it tries to make you pay next month too. You have to call to correct it.
This is definitely a me problem as I lost my job and military disability is my only means of surviving right now, but I'm sure I'm not the only person with this issue. The 20% ($31.80) add-on late fee hurts right now too, but again, that's a me problem.
I'm trying to stay with them, but being behind due to current situation only gives me access to my unit for about 10 days a month and I can't really justify that.

Spoke with James ,very polite checked out storage, very clean and in a great location but unfortunately was not the size needed at the time,wentvwith an alternative but i will definitely be doubling back next time I move
