It used to be a good place to work. Everyone got along everyone put forth effort. Last couple yrs, things have shifted. Doing your own job is impossible. It's like pulling teeth to get parts, we have some employees that's an exception to the rules. However, many of us at jti would like to know what makes the extra large lady and her husband in parts and maintenance an exception to the rules. Why can't the rest of us work like 16 hours a week and get paid for a full week. Why can't the other men in maintenance have the OPTION of going on swing shift. Why can't moms bring their kids to work like Ashley. Or husband and wife work right beside each other ?♀️
