Awesome service - they really came through in a pinch. Wife hit a deer in Danville and we live in Lynchburg. It was at night and raining. Insurance tried to find a tow that night but no one would take the job. We had to leave it parked overnight at a gas station. The next morning the insurance company continued to try to get a tow with no luck - this was the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING - we were getting to the point where we were going to have to leave the car for another 3 or 4 days. We started calling tow companies on our own and BOOM we found J J Hogan and they came to our rescue. They were willing to pick up the car and bring it to Lynchburg, in about an hour or so we had the car. Driver was courteous and friendly. Thank you so much.

I must say that I was very disappoint with the service that I received this morning when I went there to handle an issue with a invoice. Upon walking into the garage I saw two men one black with phone in his hand and other one white. So the white man turns to me as I explain my problem he says to me the man that handles that was over there an I said where he repeated it again then he point under the vehicle. I kept saying that I could not breath due to fumes insides the garage he then said well step outside with a nasty attitude. So I turn and go sit inside of my vehicle for about 5/10 minutes one comes to assist me or anything so I left. I only came to handle something for my job, but after today actions I do not believe that I can say they will get call from me to them for towing.

My daughter broke down and we needed a tow. The gentleman with JJ Hogan was friendly, polite, and even checked to be sure we really needed to be towed before picking the car up and hauling it to the shop. Highly recommend them if you’re in that situation!

My car was in Evidence when when I got shot, and the police left my things in the car. Went and got the car but my ipad and other things was stolen our my car that was in evidence.

I used this towing service, a couple times, once I locked my keys in the car, the driver got me in my car, once I had a flat and thought I needed air, but it ending in a tow, the driver towed my car to the garage so I could get a tire, he was nice, courteous and very helpful, I will not use another towing company!

Good service. Called and said I needed an old truck moved, and the truck was stuck behind another vehicle that couldn't be moved. Josh, the driver, took the time to maneuver my truck into a position that would allow it to be loaded. I would definitely recommend them to others.
