Customer service went from so-so to terrible. The last two times I have gone there the people that I tried to get to help me were rude and did not want to give even a little customer service. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. The other thing I find hard to believe is that in the middle of a pandemic I only saw one employee wearing a mask. That just shows me how little Home Depot cares about their customers and their employees.

this store does very bad business along with their kitchen subcontractors hagner & conoly. my kitchen tile and countertop were installed incorrectly in may 2019 it is now nov 28 2019 and i have refered both parties to line 12 of my homedepot contract that they are in BREACH OF CONTRACT for very bad workmanship and not correcting the problem once notified within 10 days. No district manager or general manger from each party has contacted me regarding my full refund for this breach. they are very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM!

Their delivery people are horrible. Damaged our fence and took 4 weeks for them to bring out the right stuff to fix it and they just dumped if off and never offered help on labor. Damaged our patio door screen and never turned it in. I'm in my 3rd week now just trying to get a store manager to call me back after giving two the information. Horrible customer service and delivery. Update: they finally called and ordered us a new screen. Mary the new manager at the Pro Desk is spot on. She should train the rest of them.

I would give this Home Depot zero stars. My husband and I went in to talk to them about a refrigerator. We were told by the appliance person that they only delivered to our ZIP Code on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We went to customer service to talk to them about getting a delivery on Friday and were told that the manager, Susie, would need us and appliance to talk to us about delivery issues. After waiting for 15 minutes and no one showing up we left the store. This situation has impacted our perception and opinion of Home Depot and will affect our purchasing anything from this chain in the future!

Went to HD in Danville on 12-22 TO purchase a dishwasher. The two men in the department were sitting behind the desk talking. After waiting for a while we finally got one of them to rise and help us. We picked out a dishwasher, the salesman went back and returned to say it was not in stock. We picked out another, he left and came back with the same story. Then he told us that they kept none in stock but would deliver one for an additional charge for delivery since the one we had selected was under the minimum. We told him delivery was not necessary since I had brought a truck and would just take it home. He told us they had none in stock and he could not sell the display model. Very disgusted by now, we bid him and HD adieu, went to Lowes and with absolutely no problems of any kind purchased a new dishwasher that WAS in stock. I'll know where to go next time. Jim W.

Home Depot, you ROCK! My grandbabies had a blast at the Christmas Holiday Light Show at Ballou Park! They loved building the little wooden cars that your company provided for them. Thanks SO much for investing in these children's lives and being a company that cares!

It would be so nice if someone at Home Depot would find the washer that goes with the dryer we purchased May 28th. It looks just like the one the delivery guys dropped. Except it doesn't have big dents in the side. Nobody out of 5 people has any idea where or when the washer will be delivered. Two weeks and still being delayed. Each person passes to somebody else and none have followed thru with answers. I was even told this morning that I could call Maytag myself because there wasn't anything else Home Depot could do. Smh.
