Stopped in unexpectedly for truck inspection. Greeted warmly, and able to have inspection completed quickly. Tech informed me the brakes MAY require service in about 6 months but no 'pushy' salesmanship. Very pleasant employees!!

One of the door latches on our Kia Sorrento broke and couldn’t be fixed. It had to be replaced. Unfortunately, it was an obscure part that could only be ordered from Korea with an expected delivery date of 8-12 weeks. So, something that we all thought would be a simple fix turned into a disaster as the door had been disassembled. Randy, Michael and James all stepped up and helped us find a replacement part near Roanoke, Virginia. Initially this situation was not looking good, but the Goodyear guys persisted until they found that part. This was also done for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this Goodyear Store because I personally know they will go the extra distance to help their customers with their automotive repair needs. What a great store!

I had a tire go flat while traveling and needed a replacement, Goodyear was my only call. The Danville store had exactly the light truck tires I needed. Four new tires, a tie rod end, and an alignment in less than 2 hours. They turned a short-term problem into a long-term solution, and they went out of their way to help me. I am extremely grateful, and thank you Randy! I love the new Wrangler HT's.

After 3 attempts coming to Virginia to get my car inspected, I was finally referred to the Good Year, just down the road a piece, from a privately owned business. I was greeted by Christy, a real professional lady, with a bubbly personality. Telling her the story of my previous visits to Danville to get the inspection, she said I can have it done after he finishes the one sitting next to you. WOW!! I was in shock, but elated. She, and the young man who inspected my car were fantastic. Thanks for the excellent service, and great employees!John Snellings

This is the first time I have ever written anything like this, but this was dangerous to me and my family. I brought my car in with a screw in the tread. I waited 3 hours to have it patched in a seating area with very elderly people who were also waiting 3 hours with not enough chairs. When it was done, I noticed on the bill that they did not rebalance the tire. The man at the counter said they did not have to do that. The tire started wobbling on the highway. We had to take it to Mr. Tire to be fixed. We could have been killed. I was told that this was either a lie or terrible incompetence by a tire professional. The Goodyear Company must be ashamed.
