I go to this DMV to get a drive license and a woman namedS. Johnson was very racist with me and my mother just because my mother was speaking Spanish with me, she don’t even look at the papers that we we're trying to give her and was looking at us in bad way. The customer service that that woman gives to us was really bad. My experience here was not the best.

Is mean, hateful, rudeness part of the job description? 2 stars because at least the representative at the information desk was nice, but customer service was just malicious. Do DMV employees have to portray the stereotype of the hateful, mean DMV employee? According to my experience today I believe so. The attitude was evident as soon as I approached her counter. After stating how she could help me, she mumbled, and I mean mumbled some command. After having to repeat her mumbled command twice, this woman had the nerve to YELL!!! OMG ? Don’t be the stereotypical DMV Customer Service Representative DMV employees. Provide customer service in a positive, helpful manner.

I was told the DMV are usually busy on Monday and Friday and I would need an appointment however I didn't get the title of my vehicle until Friday and this was in Raleigh North Carolina. I shot over from Raleigh North Carolina to Danville DMV and didn't wait but maybe 15-20 minutes without an appointment and was serviced rather quickly. I was greeted on my arrival by a representative who determine what I was there for and gave me a wait number and as mentioned previously shortly after that wait, I was processed without any difficulty . I was treated with respect!Great service

I renewed my drivers license following the online instructions. Very nice....If I had filled out the form, that is available on line, I would have been in and out in five minutes. Everyone was very pleasant and professional including the large security guard.

No wait and the young lady was very nice and helpful when the form I filled out was wrong, she done the correct form while I stayed at her window without sending me out to sit and fill out the form and wait.

Online services are awful. Trying to make a appointment is harder thenpulling teeth. I would rather just go to DMV then go though this.

Made appointment online in seconds. I showed up early and checked in via QR code on the front door. I barely sat down before my number was called and was greeted warmly by the clerk. This was 2pm on a Friday. Clerk was informed, informative, and helpful. Also to note that she was completely undisturbed by my recording. I'm 42 years old and have lived many places and this was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had at a DMV.
