Excellent. Recently had to junk 2 vehicles (Toyota and a Pontiac van). Rarely have I experienced such excellent customer service from beginning to end, from the person taking my calls, to the Owner, to the tow truck driver. Had to wait 3 days just to have car looked at for service. They said the same day they had to order the part but would be fixed by end of day. At end of day, asked to leave car overnight for a cold start. The next day, they reported that part had not arrived and to bring back Monday. On Monday, they did not answer my phone call from the number that called me Friday. Tuesday, did not have my service paperwork and didn't know where the sensor had come from or who it was for and no one could fix that day, asked to bring it in the following day. Following day, called to see what time and no one had a clue what I was calling about. These people don't know how to run a business! Do not go here!!

Do not use Bryant Benton as your mechanic. I had paid him to fix my car while I was out of town and came back and he didn’t even fix it. He took my money from me and took advantage of me.

towed my car. Took 6 months to fix it. Came back, the exact same thing was wrong. First time the code was clicked off and sent back never touched it. 2lbs time I waited 4 months for a part to come in. Then another 2 months and finally got the car back. It runs just as bad as it did before even with the parts replaced. I've owned the car 8 months and have never gotten a chance to even actually drive it. I have kids but that doesn't seem to matter to some people. I tell him the check engine light and car is still running as terrible as the day I took it here. Well it's just not their problem. My grandmother took her car there, the car has yet to get fixed since 8 months ago. she got something replaced and now her radio doesn't work and no lights come on her areas where the radio or controls are. Really fed up. Not just with the car bit with service. It's just irritating and disappointing at the same time.
