I bought an item that was over $100.00 And after 1 time using it didn't work anymore .So I took it back the next day and returned it and they gave me a new one instead of refunding the money, they said that if it didn't work this time ,that they would refund the money next time.

The staff that works here needs to be more professional and let's not complain about the amount of meds someone is getting for themselves such as a mother helping out a grandma and having to deal with rude at the pharmacy. Respect is important

I had excellent service with the CVS on Riverside. The associate helped me from my purchases to checkout. She was carring, knowable, and beyond kind. She helped me save on my purchase with the discounts and coupons. I will always go to the CVS on Riverside. Service such as this is seldom found.

Upon picking up my elderly 78 year old parent ,they were 16 scripts , because they were released from nursing home.The cashier turns around ,tells her team she's never seen a patient on so many meds , the team did not respond to her.I did,...I told her by the time she was that age ,she may be to .This place is pathetic.By the way ,trim your bushes in the drive through ,scratching peoples car!#2023

Long linesMeds never ready. Pharmacy is closed unexpectedly without notifying customers ahead of time. How do you get your meds when they aren't there to fill it or have it transferred to another pharmacy and it's a life savings medication?Thank you CVS.

The CVS was closed on South Boston Rd as usual and I need my meds very bad so I tried the one on Riverside Dr. The people went out of their way to help me. If I don't change were I go I will be taking my business there

I don't believe this store can be any more sorry. I've spoken with the.... district/general manager (Steve).... I think people use this store because there aren't many other options. Steve made excuses for the store. I just received a call that a prescription is ready for pickup. I was calling to confirm before I drove 30 minutes to the store only to get an automated message that the pharmacy is closed on Sunday ??REALLY!!!??!

I would give this place negative star if possible. I witnessed the store MANAGER yell at an elderly lady. What did the lady do? She thought the manager was opening a new lane. Absolutely zero customer service or respect to another human being.
