Danielle is prompt, courteous and helpful with excellent follow-through. I appreciate her help in solving the issues I had and highly recommend her. It is a delight to rely on someone with deep knowledge and experience. She makes you feel like family. I feel more confident about my first iPhone purchase thanks to her.

Had a great experience! The lady helping us was wonderful! Her name was Pink and she went over and beyond for us ! We was switching services and Verizon was making it hard and she did everything to help us ! It was time for her to go home and she had so much patients and never gave up or rushed us she stayed late to make sure we was switched over ! She was very friendly and went out of her way to help us !! Thank you !!

The young lady that was working the cricket wireless store on Riverside is a sweetest car in this knowledgeable and does her best to fix everything and answer your questions she's totally amazing she needs a raise thanks for hiring so it's awesome people and also thank you for your service you have the best cell service in the world in my opinion so thank you ?

This store needs to be shut down completely. You're employees are only as good as your management. Obviously you can tell why the asst mgr Juan is allowed to treat customers especially African American people in certain ways because the Gm hides behind the door in the back and does not come out to assist in diffusing situations. This lil boy was allowed to yell and speak to me in an unprofessional manner that if I was his mother would've made me slap his face off!! This lil boy only has a title obviously because they couldn't find anyone else in Danville,VA because he has no idea what customer service is or about.

The apparent owner proved themselves not only unprofessional but dishonest. They told my in-laws that they receiving watches charged them 80.00 each as a DEAL and gave them knock off watches that are worth HALF of what they charged them ($40) that’s are only compatible through a downloadable app that’s doesn’t even work to begin with. They REFUSED to give them their money back and insured they couldn’t return these watches by ringing up the wrong item, an IPHONE 4s. We tried to get store credit only to get told ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This screams SCAM. They pocketed 80 dollars off of my in-laws and refuse to give them their money back!!

My parents went into cricket to buy watches only to be scammed by the clerk. They sold my parents 40 dollar watches for for 80 dollar each ending in a grand total of 160 dollar just to pocket 80 dollars. When they went to return the watches becuase they wouldn’t connect to their phones they clerk was rude and unprofessional, she provided absolutely no help and just kept demanding they download an app they doesn’t work. She wouldn’t even give them store credit and insisting that all sales were final. She also made sure they couldn’t get their money back by ringing up an iPhone 4s instead of the the actual watches. She scammed my parents out of 80 dollars, I’m sure she wouldn’t hesitate to scam you too.
