Brought bush hog in for service and it came back with the blades on backwards, missing cotter pins and loose bolts on the stump jumper. Fast, expensive, unreliable service!!

After making several calls to the service department, I couldn't get my tractor in for an issue that needed to be fixed. Nobody cares about service here. Won't be using Boone Tractor for anything on my farm going forward. These people are not interested in custom service

Staff was very helpful.Update: We ended up bringing our tractor in to get a couple of issues fixed. When we got it back home, we found an issue w/a replaced part not working. We took our tractor back & had to leave it again. They were great. They ordered another part & made it right. They also delivered our tractor at no charge.
