HUGE shout out and thanks to Jay for helping us last week! We were headed to the beach for vacation and our car broke down. We were able to make it to this location where Jay diagnosed the problem, had the part needed in stock and loaned us the tools needed to get us back on the road. Thanks, again!

This is the only AutoZone that I will go to in Danville, VA. The customer service is amazing and they always make sure you leave satisfied. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone to anyone ! Big S/O to J that works here as well! I appreciate all of the help and going above and beyond!

Went to get a battery replaced on my Nissan 370z which was complicated to do but thanks to Jay and Kyman T. For their help they’ve both done a great job, highly recommended. :)

I was across the street at CVS and came out and noticed that my battery was dead so I carefully went over to AutoZone through the traffic and Jose helped me out. Jose then loaded everything up on the cart that he needed and pushed it across the street to install the battery that I purchased. He went above and beyond to do his job. Thank you Jose to your dedication to your job, you do not find that a lot.
