“My car died in the parking lot while I was in Walmart. John the Service Manager not only helped me find jumper cables, but he helped me try to jump off my car too. When my car still didn’t start, John helped me pick out a battery that was right for my car and even installed it for me in the parking lot. He went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. “I was traveling alone through Virginia on a very long day of driving (Alabama to Massachusetts). I had a flat tire and was feeling pretty hopeless as it was after 5 pm and most tire shops had already closed. A wonderful gentleman working at this store—along with 2 very kind men at the business behind this one—plugged my tire and helped me find a business that would be open at that hour to help me. I ended up making it to a Walmart with a tire center. I am so grateful for the kindness these 3 men extended to me. If I knew their names I would thank them by name. I am so very appreciative.”
