This is most definitely my go to UPS store. Everybody is very good there. They're just doing the best job they can. I am somebody that has returns frequently from Amazon. They keep on changing things which is making everybody's headspin. But this particular store is forthright in trying to help us, also making it very clear that they are part of a process. That is what I'm trying to say to anybody making returns. Just be kind to them because they're doing their best job possible. They have everything in stock that I need for other materials that I'm sending out. I just had the worst customer service ever . There were two UPS representatives working the counter . One was really nice … Santa will be good to her . I got the other rep who must be the Grinch’s sister . Absolutely the rudest worst notary service I have ever received .

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I have sent faxes and mailed packages and only process my Amazon returns at this store. I won't go to any other location. Thanks for excellent service.

Had a horrible day and staff expertly helped me with a return. my printed return labels were not readable and I pulled them up on my phone and staff scanned and sent no problem. Folx were helpful!

Would give 0 stars if Google would let me. Placed online print order in morning for relatively small print job (20 color copies of 2 documents). At 6 that evening, received confirmation email that order was 'completed'. Went to pick up at 1 pm next day and all 3 workers had no idea where the copies were or if the order was complete. They were absolutely clueless. Acted like it was my fault. Will never return to this location and will get my printing done elsewhere.

They lost my package. Tracking says it never left their store. I messed up an didn't declare a value. I'm out a lot of money.They were absolutely no help. They showed no remorse. Not even an apology.

Customer Service? What a Friggin’ joke! Don’t even consider going to this location on the weekend when the majority of people/customers are off from work. 1 customer service person and 10 customers in line. And obviously the most junior employee working also.??♂️ I walked away.??

Four stars only because UPS actually lost the package being sent. However, Jodi (?) was extremely helpful in trying to track the package and once it was not found she assisted me by submitting a claim and obtaining a refund for the package fee as well as the cancelled check fee from my bank.I would not hesitate to use this location in the future. An unfortunate incident occurred through no fault of their own - but - they worked to resolve the issue in the best way possible.

This UPS store is the worst. Took a envelope their today and had the shipping label. I wanted a UPS envelope to put it in. I would bet that the ups driver gives the store envelopes for this store. They said no we don't use ups envelopes you have to buy a yellow folder for .60 and a piece if tape for .25. I had been their before and the lady told me I had to buy a roll of tape so I just walked out so today took my own roll of shipping tape and the lady acted like I was crazy for bringing my own tape. The Franklin rd store is 100 times better. UPS needs to look at this business owner.

Needed to send some items to my daughter in Indiana. Time was of the essence. Associate provided accurate quote, packaged product and shipped it. It arrived safe and sound on the expected date. Staff is friendly, efficient and very competent. Highly recommended
