“My company truck broke down. I was took my truck to thier shop, and they tried everything to get me up and running again. The problem couldn't be solved. It's a Holiday weekend, and I couldn't get an Uber, or a Cab. Tony, gave me a ride to the hotel in his personal vehicle. Cam, and Zach, treated me like a brother. And being on the road and stranded, that means a lot. My company got me a Rental.. and Kim Wood, sent someone to the shop so I could pick up my empty trailer. These People are Awesome, and treat Everyone with class,dignity and respect.”

“This morning, my mom drove my car into a steel cable outside of Chip & Jo’s. The guys at Crotts came over and lifted my car to move it away from the cord safely. Without them, we definitely wouldn’t have been able to move the car. They were some of the nicest guys. Not only did they help, they tried their best to put a smile on our faces. Thanks guys!!! “Last night my van stalled on 419 in Roanoke. I drifted onto a side street but was blocking traffic. I had no power. It was raining. I have had AAA travel insurance for many years. I called for roadside assistance and also called Roanoke County police. The officer was very helpful. AAA estimated an extensive response time & said someone would call me back. No one did. The officer called Fat Boys tow service. They came in a reasonable time. Shane was the gentleman who was able to tow my van to nearby Firestone. He was also able to restore power enough for me to put the window up , secure the belongings I needed & lock it. Shane then waited for me to complete the info & drop the key & for my daughter to provide me a ride home. He was so very helpful and professional. Thank you to Shane, Fatboys service & Roanoke county police.BSF”

They did a great, very conscientious job and even sent me digital photos of other suggested work that wouldn’t be visible after reassembly.\ \ I am VERY pleased with the results and the price was reasonable.\ \ This is the second vehicle I have them perform engine repairs on and I recommend them highly.”
“I needed a tow to a local tire shop to fix a flat tire. Driver has excellent communication skills and made sure that I got to the shop before they closed. Highly recommend, at least the towing.”

The driver was kind and professional. The cost was very reasonable. The young lady felt safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend and she now has their business card in her glove compartment, if she's ever in need again.”

“This location was very good. The location on Melrose needs a staff change. I pulled into the lot they had half blocked with a trailer and their employee was honking her horn at me me while sitting in her car smoking. Really? Work for me? Not ever! I rolled my window down and she said. Go back where you came from. I said what? She repeated. I said, I have propane tanks to fill she said, they don't work. I don't argue with bad attitude employees. I just don't go back. She was not worth what I would say t8 her about her actions. The young man on Hershberger, complete opposite. He was dealing with less than respectful customers, and handled it well. I do recommend the Hershberger location.”
