WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! We had problems with the internet box where it was very slow to where it completely stopped working. We were at this store at least 6-7 times within 5 days and they STILL did not resolve the problem!!! We dealt with 5 different people! We were told yesterday that a new internet device had to be ordered. They were trying very hard to convince us to switch our cell phone service to them and when we said that we didn't want to do that, we were suddenly informed that they needed to order a replacement. LIE! We were told the previous day that we just needed to bring the bad device in and they would swap it out immediately. We went back the day after and were told that the replacement device was not in. ANOTHER LIE! We would have received a replacement immediately if we were going to change our cell phone service to them.ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF EVER!!!We went to a far superior T-mobile store a few miles away and we received a new device on the spot and it is working splendidly! And we WILL be switching over our cell phone service to THAT store because they were not lazy and pathetic LIARS! That store actually HELPED US! WHAT A CONCEPT!

Today Erica was my sales representative. And myself and my kids were so grateful for her. She went above and beyond to get our phones connected. Through multiple sim cards not scanning, slow tablet and every hiccup that was offered today. She is was extremely patient and all around amazing. Happy customers

Aaron was a great help today. Not only were both employees patient and kind but they were actually nice to talk to. I also had a screaming baby and 10 yr old with me.

A disgusting interaction and mental nightmare. I came in for a simple switch from verizon with just one phone. Somehow the either incompetent or purely unethical rep signed me up for 3 lines and 2 home internets along with the useless protection plan i specifically DECLINED to begin with, on every one of them. When i called the store to have the situation rectified they literally did not answer. So i drove back to the store and to my surprise there was nobody in the store. At all. So i called and again nobody answered….i went in…shouted hello? Anyone here?…nothing. I finally gave up and called customer support who refused to help me because the store rep input my account pin incorrectly….so i had to go to another store just to get them to call and reset my pin. Which they sighed and rolled their eyes through the entire time. Professional. Not to mention the girl ignored every other problem i presented to her regarding my account. She clearly did not care to do her job. I don’t know if management just really sucks that much at training these people or if they’re legitimately incentivized to lie and defraud customers but i suggest nobody go here unless you want to deal with a minimum 3 month run around from “alex” the district manager and a revolving door of store managers and poorly trained mobile “experts”

Was intentionally lied to about the cost of upgrading by the supposed sales lead sabrina or shaniqua. Supposedly free, what i wasn't told was that they were going to change my plan and add an extra line.tried to return the phone but apparently the manager wasn't there so they couldn't do it even though she told me so was the manager....On top of that the service is awful. Constantly out of service in town or not. Home wifi has to be reset at least 15 times a day. I would not recommend this location or tmobile at all.

I actually had a really big issue with my home phone pricing being out of whack and nobody had even tried to help me with it until i came in and saw Jacob. He went through everything and got it all sorted out for me in just 20 mins! Afterwards he even came out to my car and helped me hook up my phone to my car

T-mobile signal in the daleville and surrounding area is now horrible as of Aug 1st, 2022. 3 weeks later, they still don't care, cannot provide any ETA on the fix and I'm moving our two lines to another carrier. Ran into another customer that just moved to the Daleville town center and she was wondering why it was so bad too.

I was forced to switch my sprint account to T-Mobile by the end of March. Also had to upgrade both of our phones and chose the ones they advertised as free. In reality they are not actually free because they charge you for 1 24th of the cost each month and then give you a credit for that amount. I have been satisfied with the phones but my billing has been messed up every month since I switched. The problem is that I am being charged for one of the phones but am not receiving the credit, so in effect I am paying for a phone that's supposed to be free. I have called every month trying to get this corrected but so far no luck. They have been able to credit my account a couple of times in order to correct this but they have not been able to get the account set up to reflect the credit on the second phone. Usually when I call the person I talk to is not authorized to handle the situation. Now two of the employees I dealt with have left the company. I think they keep putting you off until you just give up and go away. I now wish I had dealt with a different store. I also had a problem with the setup on one of the phones because they used the wrong SIM card. Had to go back to the store to get that resolved. This whole process has been frustrating and exhausting. My advice to anyone who is switching to T-Mobile is to be very wary of anything they promise you and avoid using this branch since there has been a big turnover with their staff.

DO NOT USE TMobile!!!!! Will Journette the manager lied to me and my husband since February 27, 2022. He said TMobile would send a rebate of almost $600.00 for a Verizon phone buyout. He said it would take two weeks...Almost 7 weeks later... No rebate after we provided a Verizon Receipt & the last Verizon Bill. We were purposely lied to and misled so Will could get a business account..TMobile has NO integrity!!!0 Stars isn't low enough!!!!!!!!********DO NOT DO BUSINESS with TMOBILE************

I was mislead by this location. They talked me in renewing my contract for 2 years by lying and saying I'd get 3 $100 gift cards thru different promotional offers. After 90 days, I've received nothing. Called manufacturers today and was informed this promo was only available when phones were purchased via website. I am furious!
