I have to give high praise to Rick Stover for helping me with the entire process of selling my childhood home. His compassion and kindness shown through from day one, first thing he said was I’m so sorry I know this is hard. He was patient with all of my questions even the ones that were emotionally driven as I grasped the gravity of what I had to do. I never had to ask for an update he kept me informed each and every step of the way. He went out of his way to ensure both the house and myself were handled with care. I highly recommend him for all of your buying and selling needs. His caring nature, knowledge and work ethic makes him stand out from the crowd.

Austin Bousman at RE/MAX All Stars helped my wife and I purchase our first home, and we both felt like we could not have asked for a better agent to work with. Austin was extremely responsive and communicative and always made himself available to view homes even on weekends and nights. Austin definitely has his finger on the pulse of the market and was continuously updating us on new and upcoming houses that met our narrow (and difficult) criteria. Each house that we visited Austin was great about giving it a good once over and catching things that we easily overlooked or were too inexperienced to even consider noticing. Austin definitely goes above and beyond to find the right home for his clients and does so with a personal touch. Austin is great about explaining different aspects of the buying process and is very transparent throughout the whole process. I feel compelled to make mention of Grant Cockrell of Remax once again. We asked him to help us sell our first home so that we could buy something nicer and come back to Botetourt. He didn’t just help us find something nicer, he found our dream home. Grant is by far the best realtor I have ever done business with. What sets him apart from most people is the fact that he genuinely cares about your purchase and resale value. There hasn’t been a day that went by that if I didn’t need something he didn’t do everything he could to make it happen. His knowledge and experience were invaluable to us. Selling and buying at the same time was to us what seemed to be a confusing experience, but with Grant it was almost painless on our end. Anyone who knows me is aware I’m very particular and won’t allow to settle for what I don’t want, which makes Grant a perfect option. Everything I asked of him got done, even things he didn’t have to do he still stepped in. Simply there are not enough positive things I can say about his professionalism, dedication or work ethic. All I can say is if you chose to do business with him you will be grateful that you did.
