I want to start by saying Dr.New and Carly were super nice but we are so upset with our experience even after referring people here. Brought our dog in to be neutered, and he started going downhill so we took him back(we strongly believe he got sick from the procedure). They informed us he was very ill and that they wanted to keep him for surgery. My fiancé and I decided his body couldn't take it and that we would take him home. We also asked about what we would need to do INCASE we had to put him down and they later came back and said we wanted to put him down. Not the case and our feelings were very hurt they twisted our words in that way! When my fiancé had gotten there he was told it would be a certain amount of money and got charged even more three minutes later because everything wasn't "entered in the system". The receptionist was rude to him as well as passive aggressive on the phone with me for not understanding and simply asking a question! They left in his IV incase we changed our mind, but when we looked at the IV he was bleeding everywhere and it was done incorrectly:( We did have SO many more issues but thankfully our dog is back to normal without surgery and the help of some other vets opinions. Since opening up about this people have come forward to me with similar experiences!

The staff hear go above and beyond for their clients and their patients. We have taken all of our pets there to be seen for both well visits and when it has been time to say goodbye. I will continue to use them for veterinary services.

I tried to sit on my thoughts but I can't. I had my two dogs there for nearly a year and I had multiple flags to tell me to walk away but kept giving them a chance. One of my dogs had major surgery to remove a growth and NEVER did anyone call me to check on her. My other dog had to go to VA TECH for treatment and the concern prior or after was nil. The staff were not on the ball either. Once I picked up rx and they had the rx stuck to the wrong box. Another time the tech wanted o tx my dog with the wrong shots. I had to argue with her that he already had those shots. She finally agreed with me. Good care, loving care, and knowing this is possible is not to much to ask. I know it isn't. I am looking elsewhere for care for my fur babies.

We adopted to senior cats 6 weeks ago and brought them in for shots. Curbside service. Staff was patient and friendly. They called back to explain how our pets were and then brought the cats back out. Recommend this group!
