“So if I'm being honest I had previously sworn off cellular sales because of Asurion (satan reincarnated as a cell phone insurer) but in a pinch, I needed a phone and wound up at the location on 419... I got a pixel 6 pro (which I was looking for) and it's garbage. The agent did kinda push it, but I also definitely expected to walk out with that phone. The process was very quick, painless and easy, and legit, it was the first time I've ever left a Verizon store happy. It was clear pretty quick that the pixel 6 pro is awful though... Idk how they haven't like, been forced to recall them all and refund everyone fooled into getting one. That's beside the point-but Google jerked me around with customer service and I really wanted to love it, so I was sure I missed my return window. After 29 days, the phone was being a normal pixel (frozen OS and apps don't work) as I drove past the store. I put on my Karen pants and prepared for war; I've been in this boat before and always faced defeat; but not this time. I was determined to emerge victorious.
I walked in, Dustin helped me. He was very courteous, helpful and disarming. Ultimately, it was no big deal-I was able to return the thing and pre-order an s22, holding onto the pixel til it arrived. Sweet.
Cellular sales used to be like, a pointless place. They couldn’t do everything the corporate stores can and you were guaranteed to over-pay and leave the place angry. That has totally flip flopped. I try to only go here now and they’re able to help in a much more human way than the rigid corporate stores.”
“When I came they instantly fixed it it was stuck on a blue screen and he press the button on the side and It was instaly he does not charge u for small stuff like to reset it he does not have any Android charges right now and I like the way he designs the store”

I upgraded my iPhone 11 to the 17 Pro through Verizon.com and encountered a problem with the phone having it speaking a foreign language and making it non responsive. I went into this store ready to return the brand new phone and Ross Agee was incredible. He solved the problems and is an experienced professional. “I have been with Boost mobile for about 4 years now. I like the place and the service. I have really no issues with Boost. They let me each year to get a new phone and make payments. This time I just bought my Samsung galaxy A13 5G. I told her I would get my there if they could beet the price I found online. I new what phone I wanted. They had it in stocks. I told what she had to beet and she did by $50.00. I liked that. I also got some free accessories . I had a pleasant experience with the associate she was able to help me with no problems about anything to activate my phone. I get the low data on my phone. So I can have a cheap bill. The service is hassle free. No issues with drop calls no problem with using the phone and internet. Smooth sailing. So that is why I would recommend the Boost store in Vinton VA.”
“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”

“I have to let the world know about my girl Alexandra doing her thing at the metro store on Williamson Rd in Roanoke. I had a phone stolen and needed to transfer that number to my new metro phone I had purchased. I kept getting told by customer service that I had to go into a store to override the one time pin thing. I went to several stores in VA and NC and not one single person working helped me. Customer service would tell me they couldn't do certain things to get I to the account or the stores would say they couldn't do anything. I walked into this store explained the situation and not only did Alexsandra help me. She helped me and explained exactly what needed to happen to get this done in the easiest way possible including telling customer service who I had on the phone what they needed to do to help me. I had been literally living a nightmare trying to get this done and she was able to help me without any of the issues that I was being told by everyone else. I was about to give up on this carrier and be done but Alexsandra is why I am staying. She will help you if you got issues going on with your account and she will make sure you don't get shut down by customer service. She saved my life because now I can get access to all my important things on my phone that was causing me a lot of issues. I can't thank her enough and for real this lady needs to be given her own store because she is amazing. She did in 5 mins what 20 people couldn't do in 2 weeks. “Boost has the best prices on replacement phones in the area. I've been with a ton of other providers, but I go through 3+ phones a year (I work a physical labor job). I suppose I could always go the "phone insurance" route, but even then they only replace your phone so much. I would much rather buy a cheap 40.00 replacement smart phone that'll last me until I crack the screen or drown it with water then have to fork out 180.00 for the cheapest new phone if I was with another group (cough cough TMobile)”
