“We've been verizon customers for over 10 years, and I absolutely HATE having to upgrade my phone. I compare it to buying a car...yes, THAT much. But Alex Chin has absolutely changed that. He was honest and helpful, earned my trust quickly, and was efficient. He truly worked to answer all of our questions, made sure everything was just as we wanted, he was polite and hard working (he served multiple customers with excellent customer service to each at one time). He really is one of those people that you would return to THAT store or follow him to another one. He also treats his colleagues with respect, which says a lot. I hope the company treats him as well as he has us. He deserves that! We will definitely come back. This was much easier than we've EVER experienced, and the phones are great! “I came there with my kiddo and immediately when we walked in the two men working were extremely helpful. I can’t remember their name but younger boys. Was patient, kind, super helpful and on top of things. They made jokes and conversation with my daughter and had an overall great experience.”
“Cody was very knowledgeable and immediately greeted us as we walked in the door. He was professional and yet personable. My husband commented at one point that Cody was very relaxed and didn't pressure us into doing anything that we didn't want to do. He educated us on our choices and presented educated opinions when asked to do so.
I would hire him to represent my company. He offered (upsale) items but not in a back door way. He's an asset to your company.”

They let me each year to get a new phone and make payments. This time I just bought my Samsung galaxy A13 5G. I told her I would get my there if they could beet the price I found online. I new what phone I wanted. They had it in stocks. I told what she had to beet and she did by $50.00. I liked that. I also got some free accessories . I had a pleasant experience with the associate she was able to help me with no problems about anything to activate my phone. I get the low data on my phone. So I can have a cheap bill. The service is hassle free. No issues with drop calls no problem with using the phone and internet. Smooth sailing. So that is why I would recommend the Boost store in Vinton VA.”

703b 9th St SE, Roanoke“This store saved me from having to move my service to another company. After visiting another location I am surprised that one hasn't run off many customers. They were too busy on the phone, and never even brought up my account on the computer. Kept talking on her ear buds on the phone and told me I only had 1 option for my upgrade. She Did not want to help at all. Total disrespect. The 9th Street store..this store was a total opposite. Very nice, helpful, and did more than the bare minimum. Went out of his way for me. The first thing he did was pull up my account btw. Showed me many options as well and was very honest. If you are wanting to go to Metro PCS ( I can't get a better plan for 2 of us) do not go anywhere but this location on 9th Street SE.”

“Had a wonderful experience today with a gentleman named Noah. I went in stressed with a broken phone, and he assisted with the process. He put my claim in for me, talked me through everything, and even walked me down the sidewalk to the walk-in repair store to make sure they got everything before he was finished with me. This is some of the best, top-tier customer service I've ever experienced, especially while dealing with such a stressful time. The only negative comment I have is that he asked another gentleman a couple of questions to confirm things, and he seemed to me to have an attitude and was quite rude to his co-worker while responding. I'm not sure if he's a manager or what, but that was totally un called for and made me uncomfortable, and I did not appreciate that. Thank you for the help today, Noah! I'll be back to see you for future needs.”
“I've been a Metro customer for years, and I can say that sometime it can be annoying dealing with issues. But today I dealt with a very nice gentleman, Cody. He was extremely informative with helping me with changing my device and making sure everything was moved over from my old phone. Because I was really scared that it wouldn't come over. But he did an amazing job. I'll be back again to get that new razr soon!”

“Ok…let me just say if you need to find a cell phone service to switch to where you will def get your moneys worth along with excellent service face to face if you visit the store this is THE place to go! Last night we visited the store just to really ask a question about an apple watch and possibly buy a cover/band for it. We were greeted by Julianna and Jordan and were there til closing and actually a little after closing time as well. Mostly because we had so many questions and just had great conversation with them both. This duo not only answered each and every question we had, but they truly went ABOVE and BEYOND!! I will go out of my way to leave a good review. They were truly THE BEST and I wanted to make sure to actually leave this review to let others know as well. We are LONG TIME Verizon customers who just switched and came to T-Mobile almost a year ago and could not be happier with everything! We were paying nearly the same exact price but didn't get near the stuff we get here. We truly do feel valued as customers! In 11 months we have never had one issue to have to call to speak with customer service but we did need to call once just for rebate purposes just for info and were met with the same professional and courteous service we have gotten with each interaction! I know this review is too long but if you are debating switching companies and are unsure PLEASE just make the drive and go speak with this store! You will not find anywhere else that will educate, and take the time to actually honestly answer your questions. I really hope management reviews these reviews and can monetarily compensate these two for a job very well done! Excellent job again Julianna and Jordan! You made our whole day yesterday! TYSM!!”

He was so helpful and went out of his way to set up her new home screen to make it as similar as possible to her old phone after going out of his way to transfer her photos and contacts. “Boost has the best prices on replacement phones in the area. I've been with a ton of other providers, but I go through 3+ phones a year (I work a physical labor job). I suppose I could always go the "phone insurance" route, but even then they only replace your phone so much. I would much rather buy a cheap 40.00 replacement smart phone that'll last me until I crack the screen or drown it with water then have to fork out 180.00 for the cheapest new phone if I was with another group (cough cough TMobile)”
