Husband and I switched to Kroger from a local pharmacy. Everyone at Kroger has been very nice and prescriptions ready fast. Super surprised when the same Prescriptions at Kroger are $140 LESS a month!! Same drugs, Insurance, etc went from $185 to $45.

Great folks - very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, funny yet still professional. Kroger Discount RX card replaced the GoodRX card making skyrocketing drug price still affordable. I have another Kroger's a bit closer but these folks are the best so driving a bit further is no problem.

I have been going here since just before the pandemic. They are almost always busy and I'm amazed at how much they do even on days when they are short staffed. I'm nice to them and they are nice to me. When I have an expensive copay, they always try to get it cheaper for me with a discount card.

They are never ready, employees don’t answer phone. Then got a new system and tells you pick your meds up after a time go hr after that they still not ready! Horrible customer service!

Best pharmacy I've used yet!! Never had a problem with them and they don't make me talk to the pharmacist about a medication I've been on for years before I can have it!

The staff in the pharmacy have always been so kind and patient. Last night I needed a prescription that my doctor had just called in and they understood how miserable I was and filled it just before closing. I was able to get in my first dose last night and get some relief to sleep. I know that pharmacies are swamped, the employees work long hours, and they are taxed…but these folks still care about their customers at the end of the day. Thank you for all that you do.

They never answer the phone and when you finally do get them to answer and ask about a prescription they tell you it's ready then you get there and it's a completely different story prescriptions are never ready and there's always some problem with insurance not covering them. Several times I've had to call my insurance about prescriptions and when I tell them what's going on they act like I'm crazy for saying they're not covered when they are. This pharmacy is just full of unknowable workers who do not want to do their jobs. Kroger really needs to step up who they're hiring to fill prescriptions ans run thw pharmacy before someone ends up with the wrong medication!

First bank flags transactions there as fraudulent all the time which is a pain in the _ _ _! Other than that no problems and have shopped their for year Kind and courteous employees

The Kroger Corporation really needs to look into their pharmacy "service" .... or more aptly, lack thereof. From phones never being answered when you call to prescriptions never being ready when stated to terribly rude & apathetic employees to blatant HIPPA violations that I have called to the attention of management who blew me off, rare is the occasion I am able to get in & get out with my/my family members' prescription without some hassle. The majority of staff so clearly hate their job that you feel intrusive even approaching the counter; then there is never any apology or reasonable explanation for why they don't have your prescription(s) ready. Time to find a new pharmacy! ...after nearly 20 years. With even FB pages dedicated to how awful their pharmacies are, one would think eventually Kroger has to look at their pharmacy branch & recognize it simply no longer adds value to their brand.

This pharmacy is being managed very poorly. On several occasions a prescription called in early in the morning is not ready for pickup in the late afternoon. The staff seem to wait until the patient arrives before working to fill prescriptions. I've not had the same experience at the CVS in the same area.

I asked about getting the covid vaccine and was told an appointment is required. Less than 5 minutes later an announcement went over the PA system saying Kroger Pharmacy has covid vaccines, walk ins welcome, no appointment needed. Thanks Kroger.
