“Update: If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I just got my ring back today and it looks as beautiful as the day I was proposed to. You can’t even tell that it ever needed fixing. Absolutely amazing. And once again, the friendly and welcoming environment was the same as my first visit. Please please go see the wonderful people here for any jewelry needs. You will not regret it.
Highly highly recommend for any jewelry needs. I took some jewelry in today to get appraised ( found out this is not a service they offer ) and also to find out about getting my engagement ring repaired ( a service they do offer) . Both of the ladies that work at the front counter are very very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answer any questions you have and really make you feel comfortable and cared for. I have always had a wariness for taking my jewelry anywhere for fear of something happening, and R.M Johnson & Sons Jewelers is the first jewelry shop I have gone to. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a welcoming environment. I’m glad I chose them today and will definitely be going back for any jewelry needs in the future. Will update once I have my repaired ring back. Can’t wait!! ❤️”

“I've always been very fond of the owner of this place. He's very knowledgeable and intelligent and seems to really enjoy what he does. He's never been rude or has had a bad demeanor. I usually stop in to sale scrap gold that I come across from working on abandoned buildings and he's always gave me a better deal than anyone else in the valley. My girlfriend needed her earring repaired and charged her next to nothing for it and had it done a lot faster than we thought it would take. His wife is a lovely lady as well. Very easy to talk to and deal with. Thank you both for the professional attitude and the genuine vibes you put off.”

“The gentleman working was able to replace and install my watch battery quickly and inexpensively. I came to this jeweler after the mall department store where I purchased my watch refused to change it, citing current (COVID) policies, even though I waited 10 minutes in line while a woman was trying on watches in front of me (what’s the difference?). They at least recommend me to this kiosk. The healer even set the date and time for me, which was a nice touch! I’ll use this business for my future watch-related service needs.”

“I went into Kay’s and worked with Jessie. She helped me for a long time on Thursday night looking at multiple pieces. I called on Friday morning and she spent some time doing research on some other items I wanted to see after looking at the website. I went back in with my husband on Friday night (once to look with him and again later by myself to finalize the purchase). She even offered to have a piece sent in from another store. She went above and beyond to make everything work with a lot of moving pieces. She is an asset to Kay’s. I don’t receive customer service this stellar anymore! Fabulous experience!!!”
