I've supported Digital Printing since I started my business, probably almost 15 years ago. I gave them business to print and design business cards and paid a design fee to create my 2 part invoice forms. Apparently, the business sold at some point, to new owners and I've seen a price increase the past two years on my invoice prices. However, this year they are outrageous! When I asked why my invoices are over 750.00 dollars, now. I was told the 2 parts were hard to find. To make matters worse, I asked for my "paid for design" for my own logo and invoice work to be put on a JPEG. I wanted take my invoice somewhere else. I was told they didn't have it! I decided to price around and I'm happy to find my original pricing of 261.00 for the same exact print item, this even included the extra design fee, which I should've been able to get from Digital Printing!Now, either this new company is getting ripped off by their suppliers, or they are not treating the locals like they appreciate their business. I'm extremely disappointed. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses but not at this kind of difference. I hope they treat others better than they did me.

This company is at the top of their game!! They are accurate, personable, anxious to help and the communication is perfect. If you explain what you are proposing the team there will design and develop whatever you need. They give accurate pricing and offer ideas to save you money if they can. It is a pleasure working with Cindy and the team at Digital Image.

I highly recommend DIP! I’ve used them for my business print jobs through the years and have always been pleased. Excellent communication, courteous and knowledgeable staff and swift turnaround time. I’ve dealt with other printers elsewhere in the past, and there is no comparison. If you live or work anywhere in the Roanoke/Botetourt /Salem area, do yourself a favor and go with these folks. You will not be disappointed.

They will not accept any new print jobs until they have left your prints you need made on the shelf for three days to "kill the virus".

I had several folders to be copied. He was very helpful. All original ones put back in my folder. Then he separated each different one. They are very friendly !
