New to the area and tried a couple salons that left me with $85 less in my wallet and looking for a place to fix them. I came across DL salon and I must say I have been very pleased with my nails each time. They are probably the best Ive had done over the years in many cities around the country. My issues really fall in the area of price, it needs to be more clear and upfront. Almost every time I pay I’m told it’s -‘$20 more after I complete the transaction and I must dig back in my purse to pay more.. I’m not sure for what and after the long wait I just want go. I can say I have never paid $30 for a gel polish change on my toes. That’s getting into full pedicure prices. So, while I do like them and their work, the prices are extremely high and getting in on day convenient for me is very hard with long waits. I think $130-140 for a basic fill in and toe polish change is far too much.

Today I wanted to treat myself after a stressful week: I wanted a pedicure and a full set. I’m also new to the area so I wanted to try this place out. I didn’t get to get his name but the young, tall, man who did my nails did an absolutely AMAZING job. His care and attention to detail were like I’ve never had in the years I’ve been going to salons. I’m not sure if he was in training or what, but I hope he can know how much I appreciated his extra care today. He even asked me questions about what I wanted and if my nails were okay like I’ve never had any person do before, serious extra care and attention by this man. Best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. Anyone getting their nails done by him will leave very happy and relaxed.

I've had nothing but great services here. I'm not sure how to spell my technicians name but I believe it's Phinie? He does a great job on my nails. I work a dirty and physical job and have never broken a one of my nails. I also appreciate the fact they're so good about squeezing me in due to my irregular work schedule! Another experience, I left and didn't get my change from a gift certificate. I didn't realize I'd left it behind until time to go back for a fill in. I went to the desk and told Mrs. Phinie what happened. She said yes, I remember you. No problem. I was so appreciative for honest business owners! I will be a loyal patron as long as my nails are done right! Much RESPECT to DL Nails!

For the women - men won’t care - ?Very disappointed in this establishment. My two daughters went in for prom nails, a fill in and a full set and it was over $120. Within 2 days my oldest daughter’s nails were chipping off. She works in a food shop so can’t have polish chipping off and had to take all of the polish off. I went in today with her to have them fix them and he was going to charge $20 to paint them! I tried very calmly to explain she wore them to prom and they chipped by Sunday (she had them done on Friday) he would not budge and said he wouldn’t give a free service. It’s not free since we paid already $60 including a tip on Friday, but he would’t budge. He said it was fine to loose me and my 3 daughters as customers, we’ve been going over a year, rather than give a free service. So be forewarned if you’re in the Daleville area. They also do not post pricing, so sometimes my daughters would pay $50 for a full set and this last time it was $70 for a full set. I know it’s hard to find a good nail place so maybe this will help someone. Here are the full set nails they did for my other daughter….hers were $70 the nails are bubbling on these and so thick. You can see in the first pic the sides peeling off, it was this and worse for my first daughter.

Came here at 1pm on Sunday to get my nails done as it said online that they were open and when I got there the doors were locked. There were 3 open signs flashing and the hours of operation on the window confirmed that they were supposed to be open that day. Just very unprofessional and also they never answer the phone. Congrats on losing business... 5 customers walked up to get serviced that day and found the doors locked.

Walked in this am. Didn't even get the chance to sit down and wait. Took me right over. Both ladies were sweet, kind, and did a great job. My first visit and I'm in love. I will be going back!!

nail tech was great at his job !! Only thing I didn't agree with is that they were rude and persistent with me to give them a huge tip

They do a great job every time I go. But I don’t think I’ll be going here anymore. I called a day in advance and made an appointment for 2:00. I showed up for my appointment and was told they didn’t have time and asked if I could come back at 5:00 or the next day. They weren’t even very busy. What’s the point of even making an appointment. Even drove in from Salem and it was about a 30 minute drive. I left and went somewhere else close to get them done since I made the drive out there.

Got a Dip Manicure from Phini yesterday and he was great! He really took his time removing the old polish, shaping the nails and carefully applying the activator and powder. I left very happy. It was $40 which is reasonable for the time spent on my nails. I will be back!

I went last Saturday to have a pedicure and manicure. The assistant that did the pedicure was very good. Switched to another, their decision, not mine... she seemed to be in a hurry despite the lack of people waiting to get service. I left, with the warnings of being careful and not hitting/jabbing anything because my nails had not set yet. Needless to say, they never set after a 15 minute drive home. It was a mess and I had to redo before leaving for the beach on Sunday. My second visit AND MY LAST!Services: Pedicure
