“We just purchased a vehicle at Southern Team in Roanoke VA & couldn't be happier with our purchase & experience with team salesman Malik & financial member Tony. If like me the salesman truly kills or seals the deal if the vehicle is there that I want. I don't like pushy or focusing on 1 - 3 choices. This young man ran back & forth in a 96° weather. His politeness, well mannered, & great humor attitude is something lacking in a lot of young ppl today. I know ppl say well thier there trying to sell you so they'll do anything, & this is so true. But I feel with working as a accountant for Home Depot & working with 100's of salesman I feel I am pretty good at reading ppl. So Malik I felt was very genuine with his actions. Tony as the financial specialist was very pleasing to work with as well. Face it, financial ppl can be very aggravating to work with. Well, not Tony, he answered the 100's of questions asked & never seemed to be bothered about it. With our experience I would not & will not deal with anyone both these two gentlemen. We had a pic with my wife & Tony but it did not save Tony, sorry dude. It will be uploaded Saturday when we pick it up, promise”
“Being in an automobile accident can be one of the most traumatic events of a person's life. Unfortunately, my wife and son experienced such an incident.
We were recommended, by friends, to visit Woodings Auto Body Works to repair our 2017 Ford Edge Sport. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Martha to assess the cost to repair our vehicle.
Martha advised us that the estimate given may change due to hidden damage that might not be visible until teardown. She then scheduled us for repair to ensure parts were there and we would have a faster repair time.
When we dropped the vehicle for repairs, Shannon met with us and advised their goal was 5 days to repair but it could possibly take 1-2 days longer if hidden damage through them a curveball.
Low and behold, the estimate that Martha wrote was apparently spot on and Dillon called us 4 days later to let us know our car was finished and cleaned up ready for pickup.
Not only did Woodings meet our expectations, they beat their estimated time to deliver car back to us. On top of all of that, our car was returned to us and looked like it was never in an accident.
I highly recommend Woodings Auto Body for any collision repair you may need. I truly felt like they cared and it was a family friendly environment. 5 stars”

“I came to them with a unique problem and a challenging repair to fix the fiberglass and hinge mounts on an older Jeep hardtop. Cason was great, took the time to look at the problem, brought out a specialist to take a look and brainstorm solutions together. The fix was not straightforward and would involve some improvising and custom work to get my rear glass hatch functional again.
I was quoted fairly based on their assessment of the proposed solution and came back a few months later to get the work done. They absolutely knocked it out of the park and exceeded my expectations. The repair looks amazing, super professional, clean and most importantly, my back glass hatch is once again functional. The repair came in just under the quoted amount (unexpected and a very welcome surprise). They even put some shine on my tires! I got a thank you card from them a week later for choosing to give them my business...Nobody does this level of customer service anymore. Very happy customer, thank you for fixing my Jeep!”

They were straight forward with the estimate, how long the work will take and let me know as soon as I can pick up the car. “I have to say this was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I showed up at the showroom before opening. Aaron Faust was in a little early unlocked the door and said how can I help you. Introductions were made and I asked to see a certain vehicle.
He got the keys and we walked the vehicle. I asked for a test drive and he was more than happy to accommodate. I asked him to work the best deal for when I came back. We negotiated a bit and I bought the car. I have nothing to complain about. If you are in the market for a new to you or new car contact this young man. He is honest and trustworthy. Oh, and the wife is happy with her new ride. Time spent to buy this car was less than 2 hours total.”
“After hitting a deer, insurance suggested this collision center for our repairs. I’m sure operating a collision center can be very busy, however, communication was extremely lacking; multiple times on different days, I attempted to call the shop without anyone answering. During the repairs, which took about a month due to the parts being on back order, nobody at the shop ever reached out to give an update, however, when the vehicle was complete, the body work looked like the vehicle had never been in an accident. Aside from lack of communication, everything else was very well.”

“My husband had to take in his 2006 for Mustang for some body work due to a hit & run in his parking lot while at work. They had his car for almost a month which is normal for a collision shop. The body work they did was replace his front left fender plus a new headlight assembly. They painted the fender to match. I was really impressed by the work & they also detailed the car inside & out. Very recommended”
