“We absolutely love living here - it really doesn’t get better than this if you are choosing to rent. The staff is incredibly responsive, kind and tries to accommodate everyone’s needs. The amenities are extremely impressive, and to top it all off, management always plans monthly events and gatherings to build a sense of community. One of our favorite parts of living here is how secluded it is from passing traffic, making you feel safe.5 stars for The Reserve at Daleville -we highly recommend! P.S. Fur baby approved, as you can see from these photos!”

“This is the perfect property for the perfect price point! The application process was seemly and not painstaking. Housekeeping was on point and accommodating to my night shift life. The manager, Allison, was so easy to get along, kind and helpful! There was never a problem I had that she couldn’t help fix! She gives great restaurant recommendations too! The property was clean, pest free, and quiet. It’s in a quiet town called Vinton. The neighbors seemed nice and respectful. There was never an issue with parking. The drive to Carilion was an easy and quick one. If you’re looking for a clean, safe and spacious place to stay, and a professional manager to work with, this is your sign!!! I will absolutely come back to this property if I’m in Roanoke!Rooms: Clean, no pests, mold, G the housekeeper is amazing.Safety: The area seems very safe! I never had any issuesWalkability: There are several restaurants within walking distance. I was able to go for runs when the weather wasn’t so cold.Food & drinks: The food in the area is wonderful! Downtown Vinton is cute!”

“I stayed there for a year and recently moved out due to finding more advanced work in nursing. I was on the top floor in apartment 21. The outside has a nice pool, playground, walking trail, and park right beside it. Easy walk to kroger, 24/7 fitness, and the amc movie theater. River runs right beside the complex where people often fish. The outside of the apartment has metal doors and good stairway lighting. The inside is very spacious for the price, good working utilities, and nice natural lighting. They pay for water and bundle the utilities except for electricity. The apartment insulates well with heat but not with cooling, so expect to pay more in the summer but less in winter. The staff was friendly and took my concerns seriously. Issues were fixed within a week. The problems I had were that the shower would continuously run, the carpet came off the teeth it was threaded in, and the dryer vent came out of the wall. All issues were fixed professionally and promptly. At the end of my lease, they gave me my deposit back and let me go hassle free. I would recommend this place to travel nurses who are looking to work for lewis Gale and carilion. The two cons that I have are that the carpet outside is an awful idea for a garden style apartment. The bottom apartments did flood, but it was during a flash flood, so be wary of that.”
