I had an amazing experience with Lynn! She was attentive, meticulous and checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with cut, style, and color. 10/10 recommend.
The sugar mani and Pedi was awesome smelled great and left me feeling soft and moisturized. The salon is clean. And they have tons of colors to choose from.

My friend asked for white toenails and the lady did pink and argued with us about it, then just put white on top of the wet pink polish instead of removing it so it just mixed and wasnt really white. then started filing and doing her own nails in front of my friend before starting on her manicure. She wouldnt stop looking at her phone also

Kai did my nails and they are amazing the time the care she took and she did exactly what I wanted and it's perfect I will be returning in two and a half weeks
Requested style: Coffin short which a lot of the stylists cannot pull off but she did it exactly the way I wanted highly recommend this stylist

I've been going to this place for years on Thursday there was a new lady doing eyebrows with no experience and she butcherd my eyebrows I have 2 different eyebrows I was so angry it's going to take months for my eyebrows to grow back right this place is careless they let anybody with no experience do peoples eyebrows then offer 15 percent off like that's gonna help I will never go back to this place ever again

I love it here! The atmosphere is relaxing and the spa packages are wonderful. They aren’t overly expensive but feel almost sinfully indulgent. I highly recommend them

This is actually not the best place to get your nails done at all. So it's crazy to me that they even have a 4.7-star rating. My mom came to get her nails done and all she wanted was French tips. Tell me why the nail salon lady kept messing up the nails and blame my mother for messing up the nails. First of all, she was lying because I wasn't getting my nails done and I was sitting right next to my mom. Not once did I see her mess up her nails. So she got frustrated and sent her to someone else and they rushed on doing her nails. Which did not look good by the way. Then charge us $60 for some fill-ins. Which doesn't make sense at all for a FILL IN. Whatever you do don't go here. There are a lot of nail salons that are so much better than this place. That is worth the money and time. Now they made a reply on the google review and lied because we never came in 10 minutes before closing that's a lie. Also, some people came IN after us. I was sitting next to my mom watching the lady the entire time. My opinion is still the same don't go here. What we are not going to do is lie and try to say something untruthful. Plus didn't even do the design I showed multiple times. Don't go here and waste your money. That is all.

I have been going to this place for probably 7 years. I'm not that picky and typically have a gel manicure and pedicure. I just walk in and see whoever is available and for years I've had stellar experiences to just ok experiences. A few weeks ago I was given a gift card and my friend booked me a mani and pedi here as a gift. Today I visited a doctor and was given antibiotics and told that I might have a to my big toe nail removed due to a staph infection I got after having the pedicure. I reached out to world nails and received the response "I'm sorry to that happen to you." Never again!

It’s not worth the price AT ALL !!!
I feel like I was placed with THE
MOST inexperienced tech there. I will not be going back or referring anyone.
I kept being watched by the other employees as if me asking for it to be filed lower or a little more square was insulting.
God forbid you tell them what you want nicely … they just start talking in Vietnamese about you… But that’s what google translate is for. ?
Google translate told me that they were saying I was looking for a reason not to pay them… lol
And I wasn’t !!!
I paid, but only tipped my daughter’s tech not MINE.
I do want to add that I have paid WAYYY more for a pedicure but it was done RIGHT and not by an amateur nail tech.

Katie is the absolute worst, she's the owner instead of the nice man who had quality people. She just painted my kids nails, no actual pedicure. Like no cut down or anything. And then charged and extra 10 because a 4 year old cant ask for rainbow colors even though it's the same amount of nail polish, I was charged 70 dollars for her. 60 for my second who also had to go back because her gel nails fell off too within 3 days, like the whole thing fell off in tact. We had to go back 3 days in a row. I was told to come back in and have it fixed again and when I asked for a refund then they told me that if I came back they would call the cops. I heard both days that I was there about extra charges that nobody said anything about from other clients. I would never go here again. They run a disgusting business.
