“Very friendly family owned repair shop. Did amazing work on our 2013 mini Cooper. We showed up with gear/clutch issues. They did a thorough inspection. The head mechanic took the time to walk through the issues and even showed us the parts with the wear and tear damages.

“Im new to VA and went here for my inspection & emissions test. First of all, i had a slight attitude that i had to do any of this since i came from a state that didnt require it. But respectful staff and a man at the reception desk who answered all my "what to do next" questions without seeming bothered, quickly diffused that. I came in the middle of the day, and there was a line before me, but I still only waited an hour. Price seemed reasonable although tbh I really have nothing to compare it to. Sitting there, I noticed that they had a lot of "regulars" which is always a great sign of a good mechanic. I highly recommend them. I normally go to the overpriced dealership to service my car, but I would go here again.”
