He don't know what he is doing! I was going to work which he made get late from there because he didn’t want me to use the coupon that the morning shift gave me because they made my sandwich wrong! I have worked in WAWA for 3 years so I know what I am doing!
Why do i have to drive 5 times to get a sandwich!!
1 to get the sandwich and 2 to return it because they didn’t make it and 3 because the manager didn’t wanted me to use the coupon because he thinks I stole from somewhere. Now i got to back again 4 time to another manager to get it signed and go back to James just because I want to show him, He can’t judge people by their appearance. I work in security, i don’t need go steal and i don’t need to beg over 6-7 dollars. I probably make more than him.
He Wasted my time and ruined my experience.
I love sheets but this is just outrageous fire JAMES OR MAKE HIM LEARN.

Jordan's amazing! He's always super cheerful and welcoming. I was regular at the store but we quickly became friends! I hope sheetz acknowledges his efforts 🙏

The manager of this location, James, could really use some customer service training, and some refreshment on basic service practices. Refusing to sell to multiple adults because you noticed someone you PERCEIVED to be a child touch something is not a good business practice. And he smelled bad. Like B.O bad.

Went there to get air for a tire. I know it is free, but you know you get what you pay for! The pump is broken. It is not the first time Sheetz has disappointed.

Sheets has always been a family favorite shop stop. Great for road trip snacks, gas and quick eats.

At roughly 10:30pm tonight while paying for myself and SO dinner at the self check out. I witnessed the cashier (ken) as identified by another sheetz employee at this location. initiating a conversation with a customer at his register about various sexual acts he’d like to do to my SO and further more adding vulgar and grotesque comment about her while she was headed to the restroom. They both didn’t seem to see as I was well within ear and sight distance right next to them. When confronted by myself, I educated them in the fact that they need to wrap up they’re behavior. Ken initial denied his actions then quickly apologized and stated “ sorry man I didn’t know”.
This needs to be addressed and the mere fact of the matter that to ken it’s only a problem when he’s called out for his gross and profane conduct is simply not acceptable.
In conclusion this has rattled my SO and myself and do not feel safe nor comfortable with retuning here at any time.

Just worked a 16 hour shift came here to order my food . I got a burrito . Been to many sheets but this is the second time night shift did this and to tired to go. Back . If you don't have something tell me so all I got was meat in my burrito . No rice no Letti's nothing in there that I paid extra for . To busy dancing and playing around . So I called and they asked if I had my receipt last time and I said let me talk to the cook then he can confirm I ordered since the option at self check out you don't need to accept a receipt. But I have my card he asked for my card number but I'm not giving that up to a playful young adult or anyone to be honest. So he stated I was being difficult . I just hung up cause I wasn't gonna get into it with some one so immature and took the loss that's the first time this time I will let it be know this is one of the worst sheets I've been to far as customer service and then making your food. Day shift is fine. But I go to a lot of sheets and places due to me always on the road and working long shifts so had good experience 90 percent of the time . The sad thing is this place is newer . Well at the end of the day I got a meat mini burrito and tired and hangry. Another lady was on the phone that orders a sandwich and noticed they were playing she said I hope yall made my sandwich right as she left. They were to busy listening to music calling each other dumb cause they didn't know the singer . Ignoring customers . So what I want is my money back . ASAP and I don't want nothing else I did not get what I paid for I don't want to hear the computer generated response . I know how the customer complaint responses are cause it's not your real name you are a person but Im in the service industry and we have the same thing . I don't want a coupon I don't want a voucher I want my money the only voucher I will take from you is a full tank of gas cause I'm not eating tonight . Please and thank you

I have been a loyal customer at the Sheetz now since it opened.However tonight I had an issue that I addressed to the manager on duty "Scott". I informed him I put $8 of gas in my car and my car was still indicating that I still had the same amount of gas I had before I filled up. It's as if I put nothing in the tank. He then smirked at me with a frown as if I was lying and then told me that was impossible and told me it was my car that had the issue. My car is only a year old. Sure enough I drove away and almost ran out of gas. I had to pull in to the ExxonMobil down the road and put $8 in my car from that location and like always my car indicated I had put gas in my car. The needle moved up and car indicated 101 miles of gas in the car. Pump # 1 is the pump in question. It was Scott's attitude that I did not like. It wasn't about the money anymore after that it was more personal because of the way he talked down to me in front of other customers as if I was lying. I would still like to get my money back if possible. However, Scott needs more training in customer service for this is not the first time he has talked down to me. Even his own employees told me he was rude even towards them when I told them I did not like how he talked to me. Something needs to be done and I deserve an apology. Thank you

I already called the manager, but the $1.77 sale was total chaos. There were no employees outside giving people direction when I pulled in, I waited in the line that had formed and should have been next in line. A woman in a black Sheetz shirt and hat came outside and started yelling at people and telling them where to go. She yelled to another person who came out (not sure if they were an employee because she was not wearing a uniform), "I don't know where she's going, that person is next" and she pointed at me. I'd been in "line" for about 10 mins before they came outside. Her customer service was so poor, she didn't need to yell at people since there had been no direction to start with. Sheetz, you knew this sale was going to happen, you should have organized the lanes, blocked entrances before it started. Shame in you for allowing this to happen and shame on the employee who decided to be so ugly to your customers.

Creepiest thing, I’ve came to this sheetz plenty times. This time was different. Long story short I was getting ice and comes a worker talking to me at first I thought he was friendly and didn’t assume anything at all, once I was getting checked out by the same fellow which his name was ken. He asked for my id because I was purchasing alcohol. I had forgotten my id in the car, went back and came to give it to him. He started giving me weird “vibes” a cashier is only supposed to look at your id to see if resembles you and scan the back and you should be on your way. NO . He examined my aid said I looked 15 years of age and EXAMINED MY ADDRESS. Asked oh where is this address doesn’t seem close to here . Nooo. Unexpected and disturbing. Ladies be careful.

If the bathroom doesn’t work how are the employees that are constantly going from store products, to food preparation to money handling with no way to wash their hands. Sounds like OSHA or VDH might need a ring.

This used to be my go to Sheetz after hockey at the rink. Last 2 times food has been terrible. Hot dogs on ripped buns, curly fry bucket with just the left overs of the bag and only 1 actual curly fry, 5 of 9 of the mozzarella sticks being 2" vs 3", milk shake with ice chunks and no flavor. Really just no longer any good.
