Stopped by this store on my way to a second party and was helped by Courtney who was a breath of fresh air, very kind and helpful in every way, also a shout out to Jordan, who also was very helpful..! Makes me want to return again and again..! Oh I meant to say store #244 is the best....!

I place an order Through the app and it said that it would be about a 9 minute wait time.
When I get to the store I noticed that my drink wasn't ready, So I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and when I came out.I expected it to be ready because it was just a milkshake.
I literally watched 2 other people who ordered after.I did who had to wait at the counter for their drink And their food to be made before I got my Stuff.
Which I already paid for through the app.
Then The girl who made my drink proceeded to get mad at me because I did not say thank you.After my drink was supposed to be ready over ten minutes ago.
I was then late for work.
Please. Just do your job.....

The gas station Pumps definitely have credit cards skimmers. Use two different credit cards and some how was hacked on two different occasions. Called to notify them and spoke to the manager whom refused to accept this could happen and forced me to call corporate.
Won’t be going here again. Been to other gas stations and sheetz in Woodbridge and no issues.

I had ordered a milkshake & paid for extra reeses & the supervisor on duty told me i couldnt get them after i paid separately after the fact to specifically get them & she had an attitude & literally refused to provide service to me over $0.20 worth of reeses toppings. ridiculous & i will be calling corporate to report this behavior

So variable! I guess it depends on if the cook knows how to read an order and have some common sense, so most of the time they've actually gotten the MTO orders correct but when you order a bunch of sandwiches, and all of them are made wrong, and they are all very soggy and falling apart, then It's a little upsetting!

This Sheetz is a very disrespectful place when comes to a child. A child goes in the store with her phone in her pocket, and she accuses her of stealing.
